Sammy is the BEST. I was in a real time crunch to get the needed service and Sammy made it happen. Whenever I have problems with my account she is there to help and fix...She has a real interest in helping the customer!!! AT&T, without Sammy at the store Id go somewhere else!Will leave a second review for AT&T...Cant leave a second review, so here it goes...AT&T would get 4 stars for coverage.Other than that I would give them 1 star. If it wasnt for Sammy, I would have canceled my account. She fixed wrong charges, late fees (I have to see her again. I signed up for autopay and I just got another bill in the mail with a late fee.)

I cant even begin to describe the good service that me and my fiance got from Sammy!! She was wonderful to work with and I switched from a competitor to AT&T and she told me what information I would need. Also found a great plan with better features and cost us way less!! Thanks Sammy!

Sammy is always a huge help to me. She know what she is doing, and what she is talking about. I choose to go in the store instead of customer service because I know that she will help me in the best way possible. Every store needs a Sammy running it.

Sammy was excellent, great customer service. My iPhone failed to update. She was unable to get an update but tried for 2 days while she gave me a loaner iPhone. In the end, the iPhone was too old to update. She gave me a great trade in price for the iPhone 12. Went into my account and found we were not getting a military discount. Sammy went above and beyond!

Excellent customer service, from knowledgeable staff, in a welcoming atmosphere. The facility was clean, orderly, and had a vast inventory of products to choose from. We worked with Curt Chaput, and he was attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, and worked quickly and efficiently to get us in and out of the store in a timely manner. Great job!

We are not too familiar with the area and when our Straight Talk phones fail to work our real estate agent told us that Verizon was good in out area. He was wrong, so we went to AT&T because some family members were getting good service so we went there. Oh ya, you should be OK there they said. No, they turned our phones into paperweights. Apparently fam was in roam so in less than a hour and less than 2 hours from me writing this (I had to drive one town over for service) we went from poor service to no service at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid that store.

Ill start off with, everyone that I spoke to at AT&T was great. But theres one that I really felt comfortable with, Sam Kuczynski. The customer service that she has should be trained just about everywhere. She know what she is doing, no hesitation when asked a question. Perfect tone when speaking with her, and great personality...I had a great phone chat about what I need to do about getting phone service....all businesses need a Sammy in them.....

My boyfriend and I dealt with Nick who was very personable and helped solve our issue with my iPhone (purchased at another location). Unfortunately the issue carried into closed store hours and not once did we feel like he was trying to rush us out. We could tell he truly wanted to help us which we both really appreciated. We will be back to this store location and hope to deal with Nick again!

Curt was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my new phones and transferring my information and numbers from my old phones.

We were certainly not the easiest customers. Couldnt make up our minds, had a wifi account on our truck that was almost impossible to locate, and an ipad to activate. Sammy was unflustered, knowledgeable, astute and endlessly helpful. She made the visit a pleasure. What more could we ask?

I stopped in to get a charger cord. The person waiting on my, Sammy, was very helpful and hoped me get the cord and charge head thst I needed. Not the most expensive one but the one thst would suit my needs. I would definitely stop their again.

The associate we worked, Curt, with was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He helped us find the right plan and phones for us! We switched over from a different wireless carrier, and we are saving money monthly with AT&T ($30/month), but we also have better service, WiFi calling, unlimited data (we only shared 2GB on our old carrier), and new phones.

All of my questions were thoroughly answered. I definitely got the help I needed!

Really terrific service. We stopped in on our way to Canada to check what our cell phone plan covers. Matt answered our questions quickly and with genuine friendliness. He even followed us out into the rain to double-check we had the right info. (He could tell that we’re tech challenged seniors, but he never treated us like idiots.)

My phone was dropped off at this store after being taken from a beach in Acadia. Employees, Matt and Nick called to let me know and kept it safe until I was able to retrieve it the next day. Another employee also made sure I was able to re-activate it from “Lost mode” before leaving the store. I am very grateful for all of their help and customer service!

Both people I spoke to were extremely helpful. Telephone support is the worst though. If you will be needing telephone support rather than going to an ATT store I would suggest getting another service.

My phone died while on vacation and I went to the store for help. They provided access to the web, helped me fill out the form. Told me to bring the replacement in if I needed help setting it up. 3 people over 2 days gave me their time and patience knowing their was no sale in it for them. That was outstanding and much appreciated!

The service here was terrible. The associate informed us that we needed to go to Best Buy across the street for help with our issue, however, when we asked him to call and make an appointment for us or call and alert the department that we were coming, he looked at us blankly. Once we arrived at Best Buy, we were told that we needed an appointment and there was not one available for several hours.

AT&T stores have taken a lot way from the customer service people... Its all over the internet, even in store now. I think thats a mistake. But when I came in with a newly bought hotspot router (that I actually cant use on my plan, but they allowed me to buy it anyway, for nearly $300, none-refundable) the tech guy really worked to help me try and figure it out. He first tried to make it work, over and over, and finally figured out what I just said, that it wasnt for my plan. He apologized on the company’s behalf for allowing this to happen.Also, the staff is still just as friendly, can help you pick out stuff. And the store had a decent amount of products.

Picked up my phone this morning ( Sunday,8-2-15) to make a call, only to realize I had no dial tone. Used my cell phone to call customer service (which is anything but service). After going through the first LENGTHY round of button pushing, I was finally directed to a robot voice. The voice told me the number I had reached was not in service, and then I was given another number to call. The number was given fairly rapidly ONCE, and I was, of course, unable to write it down quickly enough. What to do??? Spent another 5 minutes going through the whole automated rigamarole again. Again -- number not in service, but I was at least able to write down the entire number this time. I dialed the new number for service, only to have an automated voice inform me I should CALL BACK DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS! Unbelievable. If you lose phone service on weekends, youre out of luck with ATT.

Depending on the number of people it can be slow. Staff are not pushy, but sometimes may not know as much about phones which are not made by Samsung or Apple.

Treated me fairly and hooked me up fast at the best price for the best provider in the country

Nick at the Bangor, ME ATT store royally screwed me. I asked for something very basic and specific. Went home, checked my account, and turns out it had not been accomplished. When I called the store and asked him why, he talked down to me and told me it looked that way but would be taken care of automatically. Here I am a month later, and my bill is double what it should be, and Nick did not take care of what I asked for at all. Thanks Nick.
