Weve worked with this store for years. They bend over backwards to get what we need, and quickly on the rare occasion they dont have it in stock. I even had them rebuild an old drill battery for me at one point, that well outlasted the original battery. They will also steer you away from buying something if they dont think it will fit your needs, and try to come up with alternative options whenever possible. Considering how delicate battery technology is, its always best to get a good quality battery. Ive bought many duds offline over the years, but these guys have NEVER steered me wrong.

I went in twice to see about getting the battery on my phone replaced. Both times they came up with different and fairly ridiculous excuses as to why they couldnt change the battery. It was fairly obvious they just didnt want to do the work. I took my phone elsewhere and had it replaced without issue.

Batteries Plus is usually a place I reccomend. Not this one. I would give it a minus if possible. I would not go there unless you know exactly what you want and then read all small print. I brought in a battery charger that I use in my car for my camera battery. I wanted to see if they could repair it or replace it. I was told they didnt carry that brand. I asked for something else & he showed me one the same brand, different model. ??? I bought it, bc I needed it. I then tried to use it on Sunday. It only flashed red. So I brought it back today to return. They would not refund it. I cant use a store credit bc I live out of state. They do not practice what they advertise. They would not work with me at all. So I took a different one, same but new. I have found most places the people are so nice & helpful, go to a different location to get good service.

While they did have the older Camcorder batteries I need, the online store did not have accurate information about quantities available at my local store. I needed and paid for 4 batteries but learned hours later that they only had 2 available for pickup. The other 2 would not be in-store for another 7 days.

Quick and Easy. Ordered online, didnt really expect the battery to be on hand. It was and in my hands the next day.

I went to batteries plus a couple of times for service on my iPhone. They replaced the screen on my iPhone, but the screen broke within days. I was disappointed that when I went back to the store, they would not even discuss any adjustment. Im done with this store. There are better choices in Bangor.

Been here two separate times looking for a battery charger, needless to say they didnt have what i was looking for both times and didnt even seem like they wanted to help. The lastest vist they Told me i would never find what i was looking for locally and would have to order it online. 5 min drive down the road and a vap store had one in stock for $10 (was not for a vape pen).
