I came into Print Bangor wanting to get cards that would be flashier and more memorable than what I had. The kind I had previously were okay and served there purpose but didn’t give off the vibe I was desiring. Elena helped me to get the right kind of card to fit what I was asking for. I got the cards today and they were even better than I expected. I’m no longer embarrassed to give someone my business cards but feel a little bit of the good kind of pride when I do. Highly recommend! The pricing was also lower than I had anticipated. Will use for future projects!

I was exploring a bunch of websites to send out wedding invitations for our guest. We had a certain idea in our mind what we wanted. I told the design team and they made are dream come true. Not only did they make a custom cards but they gave us inspiration on how to mail them. Had two documents I wanted scanned. One was one page, the other was four pages. I wanted each scanned into its own PDF - a one-page PDF and one 4-page PDF. Instead got five individual PDFs. In addition, every page was scanned sideways. So what was supposed to be a simple matter of attaching something in an email turns into 45 mins of editing. Also Im not a big fan of their $5 minimum when you want to pay with a card. On the plus side, I will say all the employees are very pleasant.

I brought in a book to have two opposing pages copied and had marked the pages with a post card that had come with the book (offering free additional materials).When I returned home I found the post card missing and called to inquire, but to my disappointment I was told in a happy and nonchalant manner that, “No one has seen it. Happy holidays.”Surely it didn’t grow legs and run away.So unprofessional.In addition, an entire row of numbers was missing from one side of all ten copies. Shouldn’t the staff make one copy to be sure the alignment was correct before whipping off all ten?Once again the staffs response was a happy laugh and a simple, “Oops, I hope that’s ok?”Once again, incredibly unprofessional.

Print Bangor, a family owned business, provides efficient and timely service. Elena and her staff are eager to go above and beyond to help us with our printing needs. My last order had several large boxes and and two employees lugged them out to my car in 6 inches of snow. We used to wait a couple of weeks to receive business cards from our prior vendor but now that we switched to Print Bangor they are ready in a few days. We are expanding our relationship to use their check printing services soon. Elena and company were great! Im a local Realtor with ERA and my buyer needed copies of a 60+ year old set of blueprints from the home they are buying for renovation purposes. The prints to say the least were old, torn and ragged. They delicately recreated and printed each copie with all the information available. My client and I couldnt be happier.
