I have worked for C&L Aerospace, one of the two companies that make up C&L Aviation Group, for 3 years.This company has grown about twice as big since then and the business is booming.If you want to work for a company with vision, a company that cares about its employees well being and listens to their perspective, then come work with us!After a comprehensive test we will interview you and determine if you are a good fit for our team.Our managers are genuine and experienced.We look primarily for good work ethic and a good heart.Things can get very busy and the first few weeks can seem overwhelming, but after sticking with it this long I can proudly say working here is the best decision I ever made.Other than marrying my wife, who may read this review. This location does not have a Human Resource department and is not organized for hiring processes. The interviewers did not know how to interview, did not plan ahead and the quality of the interview was a 1 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. They did not follow through and exhibited poor communication within the company. I would not recommend this company due to poor communication within the company.
