Great service, very efficient. I left the certificate in their office . AMANDA took time to locate the phone number ( which was not easy - it was a cell phone ) and called us to inform us about it. I will highly recommend this office for your business needs.

UPDATED The owner has replied but again mistated what I said. You are in the printing business how hard is it to put up a price next to the scanning maching on top against the wall on the side wherever its visible the price for each scan yoh could hand write it but no prices listed anywhere after I already made 65 scans/copies thats when you tell me your price when I go to pay. Thats like going to a restraunt no prices anywhere and the only time you know what you are charged is when it is time to pay after the meal well I already received the service so doesnt help at that point to tell the person prices then does it? Its deceptive and dishonest and you should be ashamed of yourself for gouging customers like that. Again you are in the printing business clearly MARK your prices for scanning and printing stop taking advantage of ppl. ORIGINAL REVIEW: no prices listed anywhere called asked about prices for scanning was told one price got to the store made scans and prints total was way off then what was initially told. Price gouging do your self a favor go to office depot instead for all your printing needs fraction of the price and great service

Ordered on Amazon with delivery by UPS. UPS sent a message asking whether I wanted home delivery or sent to a pick up point. I requested home delivery, and today I am informed they have delivered to a pick up point without attempting delivery at my home. I sincerely wish I could request Amazon to not ship my order with UPS, as this is the third time I have experienced this lack of service.

I was very happy with the service at this location. The lady working there today was very helpful and assisted us with taping up our boxes . She also helped us print the labels and made it very easy for us to ship out our product to Amazon . I Will be going to this location going forward .

I have mailbox at this location. A package arrived, I called, ask if it was there. It was confirmed that the package arrived. When I go to pick up the package, it cannot be found. I was told several times that someone would get back to me but no return call. And, when I call, no on answers. I will be canceling my mailbox and attempt to reach the owner of this location.

My experience at the UPS Store located in Catonsville, MD was awesome. Special thanks to Arthur. He was professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. This is the BEST UPS Store ever. I needed help with my grandfather obituaries the manager helped me from beginning to end. He is such a blessing, he saved my family a great deal from worrying. From now on this is the only store Ill go to.

Super quick return processing today. The dude working handled my return and another customers return at the same time. You see far too often where people working in jobs like this take their sweet time because theyre on the clock. That wasnt the case here, which was awesome since I had 73 other things to do today. Very friendly staff. Amanda has an amazing memory for what shipments have arrived for whom. Sometimes help with doors and carrying boxes when needed. They do insist on UPS Store regulations regarding charges and shipping rules - perfectly fair but this will annoy some people. Dog is brought to work - he is calm & quiet & bothers no one except maybe those with severe allergies. Dogs presence actually illustrates one of the strengths of this store -- the staff is informal and laid-back and friendly.

Dont use this store. They got thieves working for them. Ive used ups services for 30+ years and they never lost a package until I used this catonsville ups store. The package never got on the truck or made it to a hub. The tracking never updated from the first day. I had Corporate look for the package and couldnt find it. Why ? Because it never left the Catonsville store because they workers stole it from there. I will never use this store again.

This location is very helpful and the employees do not mind to packaging your Amazon products for you. Instead of you packaging them yourself. You will need to pay for the box. I know the USPS would never do that because they charge just for using their tspe.

Worst UPS store. Just to put tape they wanted charge 2$. they don’t even accept card below 2$ so end up buying the tape from the store. Rude customer service and won’t be back here for sure.

UPS business model fail: Charge $6.00 to print a UPS return label. If you need tape it’s another $3.99. Need If you need a large box it’s almost $19.00. Customer walks out and UPS get no business from the shipping. Brilliant!!!

Generally, I hate UPS. I have consistently had customer service and delivery issues. BUT, Isaiah at this location is the real MVP. Politely and quickly took care or my problem. Don’t know if he’s a manager, but he definitely should be.

They lock their doors 10 minutes early. And even though they can see you at the door, you have to knock on it pointing to your watch to get someone to even acknowledge you. Then when they do open the door they tell you that all their registers are closed out. What place advertises that they are open until X time when they try to close earlier than that?

I wish I had read reviews here before attempting to go. I too arrived 10 min before the 3:30pm closing time, their doors were already locked but they still had people inside. The rude woman inside refused to ship my package, saw an exterior label for the returns department I was shipping to and decided that it was for the post office and said they closed at 3:30pm. She argued with me when I said it was not a USPS shipment and just stared blankly when I told her it was not 3:30 yet. I will never bring my business here again.

I received an attempt to delivery notice on 3/12 and spoke to someone that evening around 7:15 pm to hold the package so that we can pick up on 3/13. On 3/13 I received an email saying the package was damaged and would be returned to the sender. The main UPS damage department said that the claim would be denied for inadequate packing. I’m unsure how they can claim inadequate packaging when it was shipped from NV to MD and was fine when it was delivered but magically when I want to pick it up hours after the attempt it’s damaged. I explained to UPS that I am the sender and no longer live at the return address. They tell me they can’t stop it from going back to the return address and I have to wait. Someone at this office was looking to try and intercept the package and I’ve been waiting on a call ever since. Another associate apologized and explained the associate who didn’t call me back was gone for the day and gave me her hours for today. I call an hour after her scheduled arrival time and I’m told they are not in. I don’t know what time of scam UPS is trying to run on me but I’m not having it.

Very rude owner and employees, i had asked for a receipt for each of my packages being shipped to two different locations to have for business records and in return received an attitude that we dont do that here stating its a waste. I found it completely unnecessary for her to even argue for a simple request that I have asked for before at other locations.

Sorry, I know the other reviews said this place was good but I had a bad experience. Very poor customer service by a rude woman. I wanted to send a package back to Amazon (prepaid label) and she said that I would have to pay for a little tape. Im new to Maryland, but other UPSs dont charge for one strip of tape. I would have to buy a $5 roll or pay $1 for them to tape it. I would have paid it but she was so rude that I just decided to leave. Even if you think that $1 is not a big deal, I wont come back just based on their customer service.

Contacted UPS Store # 0441, to provide a rutine print and notary job by appointment for a local customer and was meet with the most unprofessional associate I have ever encountered at a UPS Store. - Associate by the name of Cheryl, refused to listen clearly to customers request and ignored all particulars subject to the transaction in question. - Lady simply talked over me; in an attempt to complete my sentences before even fully understanding what was being asked for. I work with UPS Stores on a daily basis; all accross the county, and never had an associate been this rude, incompetent, or inhibitive to conducting a simple day to day business transaction. -- When management information was requested; lady shouted: just go look it up on the website and hung up. Very unprofessional service associates here at UPS Store #0441. - Needless to say, upon making contact with another location, I received wonderful service and had a delightful experience as usual,. Stay away from UPS Store #0411; or atleast hope you dont get Cheryl as your associate.

Bad experience. Had an expensive musical instrument to ship and employee insisted it had to be double boxed due to its value. This has never happened at any other UPS location when shipping equalivalent instruments and value. Then I told the guy to just box it up in a single box with bubble and peanuts and Ill pay for the packing. He told me that they were closing soon and Id have to leave it there until Monday (this was Saturday). Unacceptable and terrible service. I drive down 29 to the UPS Store in Normandy Woods and they single boxed it and took care of shipping. Said they had no idea what the guy was talking about with double boxing. Dont go to this store!

Worst experience Ive had to date with any customer service ever. They broke my first package, and returned the redelivery to sender and didnt notify me until it was already returned, but here the kicker I called and asked to pick up the package when I arrived so they didnt break and misdeliver it again(oh yeah first delivery I had to carry the 166lb package across the parking lot and up the stairs) and they told me they would call me back in a hour to let me know when I could pick it up, never got a call back, and again today I tried again, same answer... no call back. Now I spoke to a supervisor and he told me there is nothing he can do and Im going to have to wait for the shipper to send another 55 gallon fish tank stand so I can get my 55 gallon fish tank off the kitchen floor
