So Ive been going to karmic connection 20 years and the people working there now or very helpful young man with the dreadlocks and the young man with the glasses are very knowledgeable and will help you get to things that you need this store has come a long way in 20 years

Great employees, very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been buying the same basic style of bong there for 10 years now in the price is only risen from 40 to 45. Inflation has not touched this gem 😁

First time shopper, Employees were nice and helped me find what I needed.Charged me an extra $5 for a down-stem clearly labeled $15.Said a slide I was interested in was $20 so I asked if I could get it for $15 they agreed and then at checkout said the slide was actually labeled $25, but they still gave it to me for $15. I got the slide just incase mine wouldn’t work with the new down-stem, I asked at checkout if it was returnable and they said as long as you don’t use it. This helped my hesitation cause I didn’t want to buy the slide if I wasn’t going to need it.My old slide worked perfectly in the new down-stem, went back to return the slide I purchased and the same person was there and remembered me. They said they could not return the item unless something was wrong with it. This is different from what they told me at checkout. They also insisted that they told me the price of the down-stem was actually $20 before they rang me up. I don’t remember agreeing to this, but why have a barcode with the price on an item if you are just going to change the price?Anyways lesson learned, I don’t support buisness following shady practices. I won’t be coming back here again. Hope this helps others.

Love this store it has so many cool things to buy and to just admire or gift to a friend. A great mixed variety of items sold at this store.

I found some coils there for my vape that my regular place was out of stock. Young lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of very cool stuff, clothing,and some very nice pieces, to suit all your smoking needs. They have a very good shop it was a pleasant experience. I look forward to going back. TX.

This shop had been around since I was a teen! The culture and operations seem to be the same...laid back and chill. Really cool spot.

Yesterday was my first time going to this store. I called ahead to make sure the item I was looking for was there. The same gentleman that answered the phone was the same one to help me he remembered our phone conversation. He was polite helpful and was willing to hear about other products they did not carry. Prices were reasonable and they did not try to push u to buy more than you wanted. I will be back to shop there again and looking forward to another pleasant experience 🥰‼️

As smoke shops go, this one is a good one. Theres so much merchandise from which to choose. The staff is always helpful in offering recommendations or just helping you find you way. In fact, I went in on my lunch break today and walked out with a new piece. I cant want to get home!

A great little shop that has been around forever

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about pretty much everything they sell in the store. They are not trying to sell you on items that may or may not work for you. They will give you the best info they have about the product good or bad those are great. Joe and Nat and there is a new lady there as well. Not sure of her name but very polite and helpful as well too👍👍👍👍😀😀😀

All the employees and management are awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. I really would have not gotten through breast cancer as well as I did without Karmic Connection and the products they carry and knowledge of the staff what they are selling you.

Gorgeous pipes, with a collection ranging from utilitarian cheap bubblers and pipes to enormous, beautiful water pipes and their kin with the prices to match. Huge selection, best in the city and easily competing with the shops in the county for best glassware. They also sell clothing, incense, cream supplies , and a wide variety of trinkets and odds&ends. You will be very glad you stopped here, and will find something right for you. Prices are competitive especially on the less pricey glass, which they practically are giving away. Make sure you check their hours before leaving home. Keep up the great work Karmic Connection!

The glass products are very good, a huge selection of high quality for good prices. The CBD products are the best. They have a little bit of everything. The staff has always been amazing and will not let you down. Go here first in fells and then go get pizza at BOP, sure to be a good day.

This quickly became one of my favorite places to goto for loose leaf tea. If you prefer not to read a box and talk to a person, this is your place. The last staff member I spoke with was able to explain the benefits and effects of the teas I purchased.

Love the vibe its very relaxed. Nice employees clean space. There is jewelry incense and clothing then smoke accessories and goodies from pipes, tobacco, etc. Must be 18 or older for this area. Check them out.

The going bald , glasses, kind of creepy live in moms basement type of looking guy is horrible. He is dishonest and will try to sell you most expensive item regardless of quality. He lies and does not know anything at all, a glorified scam artist. Everyone else there seems cool.

I was referred there by a 7-11 store clerk while buying my juul refill. I went the same evening and was blown away. Nat and Maple helped is with all our needs and questions. Will definitely be returning! Please spread the word, they have all of your smoking needs no matter what they are. Fyi.... They have so many different flavors for the Juul that i never seen before.

I called asking about a specific E-Cig starter kit, the guy on the phone was obviously trying to get off quickly so he just kept saying yea we have all that stuff! just come on in! in response to everything I asked about. I drove all the way down to fells point and they didnt have anything I had clearly discussed on the phone. I cant speak on the other stuff they sell because I was really only in there for an e-cig and tobacco juice but regardless thats no way to run a business, you should just admit that you dont have what the costumer is looking for or, even better, give a recommendation.... Maybe just one bad employee, I dont know. Just relating my personal experience.

Very cold place for me, I have been a steady customer for years. I also work in retail and they do not care about their customers much. My first purchase was a $260 Atmos Raw Vape...it did not vape...it turned to ash and with the glass bead he assured me work make it vape, it didnt get hot enough even after long use. I brought it back bu was not allowed to return it, but was given a discount on a chillum I liked. The next time i went was for a water pipe, i had some extra cash and wanted a nice piece, i wanted to be sold to by someone excited i was there at all. Instead i got the guy i have seen most of the time. A balding guy with glasses with the personality of slug. He shows no excitement and acts as if everyone including me- six foot young black guy (baby face and kind and punctual- no language gap) He just showed me the pieces dully and gave me basic information. I bought a 250 17 inch water pipe that i love along with an $80 dollar honeycomb perc ashcather. He rang me up quite dull and didnt say come again. I have had several experiences over the last three years all getting progressively worse. Yesterday I went in to replace my beloved honeycomb perc ashcatcher. The guy was there and helped me look they didnt have any 18mm 90 degree ashcatchers. But they had 14mm ones, I asked if they could let me have the 10 dollar adapter for free as i was strapped on cash or at any discount because they really are the ones who do not have a standard piece in stock, not one 90 degree 18mm ash catcher. He looks up finally right into my eyes and says No quite rudely i might say. He instead points me to the water pipes like i bought years ago. I say i am strapped for cash and remember when i was given a discount before and could he ask someone else. He summons an older blonde lady who comes out, I explain what i asked the same way and she looks at the adapter and looks and me as says quite rudely NO! I was visibly stunned by how loud she said it and said well thanks for the customer service and left...I have spent a lot of my hard earned money there and they will never see another cent from me. I used to send all my friends in the area there...no longer Im now at docs where I went after that and got 20 dollars off of an awesome ashcatcher!
