Poor customer service ,Walk in No proper Greeting Very Rude to A law abiding citizen Who was sent in by Another Company who refer Me to Shop Here & It made me Feel So Disgusted With how The Energy was walking into The space only One Man had Great Service with A Long White Beard He Handle Business Correctly . But I would not recommend anyone to shop Here they Don’t care for the Customer or What the customer needs .

Belle is a great find in midtown Baltimore. Its a hidden gem, like a pearl, in an oyster, in the South Pacific, and I am not a diver so I can only grab 1 oyster, and that oyster has a pearl!Belle had what I needed! I have gone to Home Depot to get 5 items and leave empty-handed and out of breath. I went to Belle for 1 item and walked out with 3 things I actually needed and got Doris Day parking.

Place has everything and staff is super helpful. Prices better than some other aces

Mickey was so helpful! I had a list of things I needed and only a tentative grasp on what I was asking for and he was willing and able to discuss the project and help me get what I needed. I left with all my items checked off and was able to do it in one trip. Thank you so much! This will be my go to hardware store from now on.

I have zero knowledge of the physical world (more of a computer guy) but the people here are always super patient and helpful the few times a year Im in there. Just really has a ma/pa feel while also carrying everything you might be looking for. If you live in Mt Vernon (or anywhere else), dont go to Home Depot, go here.

I have only been to Belle Hardware once but my visit was very pleasant. They are a great asset to the neighborhood. I would choose them over Home Depot or another chain store any day. If you live in Bolton Hill or nearby give them your support!

Theyre great for the obscure parts that the big-box stores arent going to have. They have all of the kinds of pressure valves that youll need for your steam radiators for instance. LOTS of nuts & bolts. They cut glass, lots of plumbing fittings..and they saved my giblets the other day by having wood chips for .smoking!

Belle hardware has been my go-to store for anything I need. I dont need big box airplane hangar sized joints with long lines and people who really dont know what theyre doing. If you live in Baltimore particularly in the Bolton Hill area, go to Belle hardware first!

I’m a professional plumber and was doing a job a mile or two down the street, I had never heard of this place before but it came up on a map search. Excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable help! I’m in and out of supply houses and Home Depot’s all day long, coming into a TRUE hardware store like this is a breath of fresh air! Will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area!

Fine hardware store. Staff was helpful in finding everything I needed. Prices seemed fair. In a shopping center with a parking lot out front. The store is pretty small however, so the selection is limited.

These guys could not possibly be more helpful. Super smart and knowledgeable staff who obviously care a great deal. Ive been in to buy as little as two screws, and they very graciously put my license plates on my vehicle as well. But when I was overwhelmed with a problem very new to me, though apparently more common here in Baltimore, bedbugs -shudder shudder, they were were a comfort and related all they knew on the subject. Plus the store, as small as it is, has an arsenal of products with which to tackle the problem.I dont know that they are more expensive but I would have paid double the price for the convenience and consideration.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years. The staff and service are wonderful and the convenience cant be beat. Its a small store, so they cant stock a lot of big stuff - but you can order large amounts on the web, & theyll let you know when your order comes in. I love Belle Hardware and hope they are here fro many years to come!

If they dont know something they will find the answer. If you dont find what you are looking for look on company website and have shipped to store free. I cant say enough about the customer service. You cant really beat the customer service at this hardware store. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help you find whatever you need or give you advice on your projects. The store has a great selection, especially considering the small space. Its definitely worth making the effort to go here instead of one of the big chain hardware stores.

Growing up my dad always talked about the local hardware store he worked at in the 1960s and the kind of service and care you got from it. Flash forward to 2019 and you have Belle Hardware. The customer service is superb, the prices are fair and its only 3 blocks from my house.

Small, family owned businesses are becoming more scarce in every community. This store features a wide variety of hardware needs and the customer service is unparalleled. Example: once I was shopping for snow shovels. The owner went out of her way to make sure the particular snow shovel I ultimately bought was the right one for my particular needs and at low price point. I couldnt recommend Belle Hardware more!

This is my go to for plumbing and other solutions for older houses. This is a pure hardware store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can go in to find parts for 50 to 100 year old plumbing and they wont look at you like your from Mars. Im generally in and out of here in minutes with what I need in hand. Its a small shop, so dont expect large items like lumber or appliances.

Ive patronized this hardware store for more than 20 yrs. The owner is a gem, her staff is warm and informative and the store has everything you need (or will order it) from a neighborhood hardware store. I am extremely pleased with their pricing and service!

They are more expensive than the Lowes of this world, BUT they dont just sell stuff - they recommend the best tool, and tell you how to use it. A real gem.
