This visit was ok. A friendly customer service but the exterior and inside could use a bit of work. Lighting is poor, and could use some brighter light to view diamond and emerald rings. But overall a nice shop.

I remember the first time I went into the store, my experience was extraordinary. The people were friendly, lovely, and extremely professional; I had fixed my grandmothers ring who has been sitting in my lockbox for over a decade. The delicate work that was done to it was beyond words. I cant thank him enough for his work. I would def recommend people coming here.

Had some watches resized in there price was reasonable they were very friendly and willing to help, I would recommend having worked on there

I dropped a watch off here for a battery and never was able to get on touch with the guy again. Doesnt respond to email, phone calls and store is never open any suggestions????
