This Company has been such a blessing to work with since the pandemic has happened, Our Rep Jeff Liss has provided us supplies through out the year, we had shipment delivered as fast as two days and we never went with out, especially with having two offices to work out of. I do not recommend this company. After being a customer for many years. I expected better service, but ultimately it comes down to greed and profitability and not customer service.

DC Dental gave us the run around about a problem we have had with our chair since the date of purchase. They do not stand by their products. Our tech, never seemed to know what he was doing. He returned several times for the same issue but was never interested in really fixing the problem but rather more interested in collecting a check. I would advise my dental colleagues to stick with Henry Schein. We have found them to way more professional, clean, kind and courteous.

Their service is great. Their facility is wonderful!
