Absolutely fantastic. Dan was exceptionally professional and communicative. He proactively sought updates on my imported vehicle shipment and swiftly addressed any issues that occurred. I cannot recommend this brokerage service enough and will absolutely be using them again in future when the need arises.

When I decided to order some furniture for my business from overseas, I was completely in the dark of the process, fees and logistics. Dan from All Ways Int. Shipping was incredible to work with. He was patient in explaining me all the details as we moved along in the process and kept me well updated. I love when someone updates you and not having you, the client, keep asking for updates. All Ways shipping made my first overseas purchase a positive experience and I hope to use their services again in the future

I had a great experience working with both the Orlando VPC and Baltimore teams. Jamal, the site manager at Orlando VPC was quick to respond and help me resolve a pretty significant issue. Tyrina at the main office was also extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I have recently dealt with All Ways International Shipping & CHB, Inc with receiving my vehicle from Germany to the US. My experience has been truly amazing. My representative was TeAnna Davis. TeAnna kept me informed throughout the process and she was extremely professional and understanding of my situation. TeAnna went above and beyond to assist me. I know good customer service can be hard to find but this company provides top notch service!

An excellent company I was lucky to find. They made a first time importing a vehicle from Japan to the US as smooth as possible. Dan O. was an amazing agent. He answered every one of my questions in complete detail and went above and beyond in many ways. The fees I paid were accurate to the initial quote and a fraction of what other companies offered. Dont think twice, these are the people you want to handle your import. I had considered trying to go through the process without a broker and I now know that would have been a big mistake resulting wasted time and dollars.

AWI Was recommended to me by my shipping company that took my car from japan to the port of LA. Within a day from emailing the POC I was given, I had a email back from Dan O , of what I needed to provide and how I can pay. Within 4 days, my car was cleared and headed to my home. I am glad I used their service and strongly recommend them ! Dan was very professional and respectful and the process was very easy for me. Oh yea, and I did this on the other side of the world. As for I was still in japan during that time. 5 stars

Five star rating. I have been an importer / exporter of classic cars for over thirty years. Mostly between Europe and the USA, but occasionally between Australia or Japan and the US as well. Over the years I have tried my luck with just about all the Custom Brokers in Baltimore, and have been routinely disappointed by most of them. For the last ten years or so All Ways International has been my broker of choice. This is a very difficult business. From the time the car is picked up for transport somewhere abroad until its final delivery to the end customer in the US, the vehicle and the accompanying documentation will pass through 6 or 7 different sets of hands. It is absolutely essential that “someone” keeps track of every step in this process, which by the way, usually takes two months or more if the vehicle goes by RoRo. If the vehicle is shipped in a container the paperwork nightmare is increased by an order of magnitude at least. I have found no broker more competent or reasonably priced than All Ways. They have proved themselves to me in the shipping of hundreds of my cars over the years. However, no one is perfect and I remember there was a period in 2014 when they clearly had taken on more work than they could handle. The quality of service suffered pretty badly and I was very worried at the prospect of once again having to start over with yet another broker. Fortunately they bounced back within a few months and they once again have my complete trust. The quality of their work is excellent and I am looking forward to working with them for many years to come. I highly recommend this company!

I have used AWIS 6 times for vehicle Customs clearance over the last two years. It has never been anything but a great experience.

Extremely unprofessional, incompetent company. We shipped a car from Germany to the US and everything went very smoothly until it got to Baltimore. I could not get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls until they called up demanding more money for the final leg of the shipment. This money was paid and they would have known that had they read their email. Now they are ignoring my many emails and calls for the stamped paper work so we can insure/register the car that they were contractually required to provide.Save yourself time and frustration by not using this shipper.

I am truly distraught with this company. I find their lack of response and customer service unprofessional. I have been waiting on my Customs and other supporting documentation for my vehicle that arrive at the ports 45 days late (My vehicle was shipped from Germany to Baltimore). When I called AWIS they told that I had to call the another company (IAL) to retrieve my documentation and the other company (IAL) informed me that AWIS is the company that has my customs paper work, and the other company ccd me in an email on 13 OCT 2014 requesting AWIS to assist me. A week passes by and no one from AWIS contacted me, so I sent another email on 20 OCT 2014 to IAL and AWIS at the same complaining that I have not received anything and IAL sent back the following response on 20 OCT 2014 which was directed to the manager/director at AWISDear Mr. XXXX (I will not name call the individual), Please assist service member with the numerous request below regarding his customs paperwork . Please assist ASAP . Thank you have a great day.And as of today (22 OCT 2014), no one from AWIS has responded or at least acknowledge my inquiry or concern. My next step will be to seek legal actions/assistance to obtain my paperwork from AWIS, because I am unable to drive or register my vehicle which I need.Highly recommend to avoid this company, but since the military shipped my vehicle I could not choose the company, the company is contracted out by the military, but I can assure that I am not the only one having problems, I know of others who are in the same situation and they are truly frustrated, we are all looking at take a legal action against the company, unless a resolve (Giving me my paperwork) take place.
