I have ordered t-shirts from Custom Ink several times now. I keep coming back because of their customer service. Every time I call to talk to someone, they are able to quickly and professionally help me out with whatever issue I am having (like getting my art to look the way I want it to on the shirt). For this reason, I will keep coming back.

I wasnt sure what to expect, however, Shannon and Bethany rolled out the red carpet. They walked me step by step until my order was perfect. They put so much time, effort, and advice into assisting me with my shirts. I also like the follow-ups I received from the art team just to ensure my order would be perfect. We had met with Eric at the the store and had great meeting. Eric was very helpful with choosing the product. His recommendations were great and not forceful. Really enjoyed his personality.The sweatshirts came in on time. The quality was very nice. The website where we designed our logo was easy to navigate. The website has lots of options and ideas.The only request / recommendation we have is to have the pdfs files available to a customer after the the order has been placed. Our logo is not copied from anywhere and we hoped to use it in our place cards and photo montage. So far, the main office did not release the pdf file. Please look into your policy and allow people to get pdf files if they are not copy righted.Thank you,Galina

Hanes Authentic T-shirt: I have been in the military for 36 years. Traveled the world and I find that customer service over seas is far superior than that of American customer service. That is until I spoke with Eric Disney. Hes the Store Manager at Reisterstown Road Custom Ink. My wife and I were only in the store briefly and after discussing my ideals for my shirt design. He already had it down in his computer and ready to send a preview. It was a great experience. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on graphic design. I will be back to order more tees. Shannon walked me through the design and order process and even told me I could get a lower price if I ordered more stickers - which of course I did!
