Dropped my phone and it was no longer working. Needed it fixed in a hurry and these guys delivered!!!Honestly blown away by how good this experience was. They were kind, good spirited, knowledgeable, AND SUPER FAST!—squeezing me in to get the repair done in under 20mins. (Faster than the lunch I ordered for takeout)Unreal. And the price was right!Way better then all the nonsense involved with taking it to Apple and waiting etc., etc.— or other repair guys who are often trying to rip you off and feel sleazy.100% recommend. So glad I was referred to this place.

Best decision I made in getting my PS4 fixed. Console looks like I just took it fresh out the box, was very happy to have it back.They were very professional and courteous everytime they reached out to me. My computer would not open so I could not enter my password. I went to Juvix The Tech Guy and this angel, Ariel welcomed me. I explained my problem and she said there could be 2 problems. She opened the computer and reset it along with removing and replacing the battery. My system started and I could enter my password. As I started to give Ariel my charge card she said no charge. WHAT! She said there was nothing wrong the computer just needed to be reset. Most places would have charged or said I would need to leave my computer. I will always go to Juvix The Tech Guy!

I got my laptop battery changed here after having had many troubles with it previously (bloating, because of which I’d changed it twice before, decreased battery life, failure to charge/display battery status and even power issues). At first I wasn’t sure I wanted to pay for someone else to do it as I’d had it changed by a friend for free before, but now, more than a year later, I’m very glad I used Juvix’s services. The staff ran diagnostics on my laptop, chose a battery from a reliable supplier and ensured my laptop was working well with the new battery before they returned it to me. I haven’t had any issues since and the new battery still lasts longer than the previous ones and hasn’t declined in performance.These guys know what they’re doing and will save you a lot of hassle and additional expenses down the road. They’ll provide a comprehensive service instead of just tinkering with your computer, so be prepared to leave it with them for a week or two, especially if you need parts changed or have a more serious issue.

Recently I had Windows 10 crash on my PC, and my cousins ps4 needed a new HDMI port as the original failed. I first spoke with Ariel, when I dropped off my devices, she was very pleasant and made the initial process smooth. After about a week I was informed the ps4 was completed, and a week after that the PC was repaired. I met Tony and Juvix upon pick up, and in total I had a great experience. Staff is very kind and knowledge. Pricing was affordable as well, I definitely recommend!

I called them to ask about getting my cracked iPhone screen replaced, and they picked right up. They were helpful and patient as I tried to remember what model phone I have, quoted me immediately, and told me I could bring it by anytime. Ive known Juvix for several years. We actually went to high school together & even from then he was THAT guy you knew would fix most of your computer issues. I recently dropped off my iphone 8 plus & my nieces nintendo switch. The iphone was a easy fix for them being as tho i had major damage to the back of the phone where its mostly glass damage. That was a quick fix once the part came in. Now for the nintendo switch lite console, my niece is 6 years old & she got that for Christmas ‘19. She played with it a few months. Dropped... threw.. you know what kids do. Until it didnt come on & tried to charge it no success. I was going to go through one of nintendos repair sites but after debating on when i would get the device back i was like if its going to take 6-8 weeks to get back like they said & here we are early November i might as well buy her a new one. After talking to Juvix he said to me he can more likely be able to fix it after diagnostics. He said give him 4-5 days & boom he hit me up with a text of a pic of the switch ON. So yes. Him & his team are the go to people & they will be upfront with you.

I never heard of this company before and thought I was going to a hole in a wall. BUT, not the case. They are located in a nice area near John Hopkins and the staff was professional on the phone and in person. I went to take my PS4 there, which needed a new hard drive and they were able to fix the problem the same day. They communicate via phone, emails and text messages. NOW this is how you run a business. Not to mention AFFORDABLE. I’m sending my son here to get my Samsung tablet fixed for Christmas. They got my business!

Very professional, and timely service. No problems after two months.I was was having a boot error that was locking me out of my PC. After playing with it for a day I called these guys and brought the Desktop to them. They saved my files, wiped my PC clean of Windows 7, and installed Windows 10 Pro, and uploaded all my files back to Windows 10.Cost was $120. Saved me the headache of trying to figure it out, and not having to buy a new machine since my old one is more than capable.4 Day turn around, and this was just after Labor Day.Very Happy.....Happy Holidays.

Man thus company saved my life by saving my 16 year olds xbox one in less than a week. Luckily it wasn’t a major issue and I didn’t have to buy another one! Ive taken two jobs to Juvix, and Ive been very pleased with both of them. One involved installing a hard drive after I tried to do it myself and found I wasnt able to do it. From start to finish I was extremely happy with my experience! I went in with a minor problem that Tony was able to resolve fairly quickly, but I had a underlying issue I hadn’t even thought about until going to pick up my computer. They were able to correctly diagnosis and resolve the issue which did take a couple extra days but without fail they waited until they had a remedy for the problem before contacting me with my options. They were very fair with their pricing, responsive when I had questions, and I am forever a grateful client and plan to refer them to any friends and family.

Easily the most user friendly experience Ive had with this type of work. I went to get my headphones fixed. He is technically not advertised to do that type of repair but he still let me know hed take a look at it.It was easy to find the location (GPS) and easy to contact him to schedule an appointment. Really friendly person that tells you everything you need to know about what he will do and what might or might not work. Juvix replaced a cell phone screen for me -- works perfectly. This is after Id called basically every other phone repair / tech place in Baltimore and they gave me complicated / random explanations for why it would be impossible. My sons mangled the HDMI port on their Xbox One S, and fortunately I came across Juvix The Tech Guy while searching for repair shops. They gave me a quote over the phone and I dropped it off the next day. A few days later, I picked up the newly repaired Xbox and it has been working great ever since. Very professional and friendly employees, great price, and excellent repair work. Would definitely go back for all future repairs and highly recommend.

My laptop had the “blue screen of death.” It wouldn’t boot over and over and over and kept saying I needed recovery. Juvix had it fixed, up and running, and I didn’t lose anything!!!!!! I’m so thankful that they saved my laptop from losing everything. Drop off, phone calls, pick up. All went very well. Very easy and great service.

Unfortunately, I am not able to report an entirely positive experience this time. However, it appears that I may be in the minority, which gives me hope that perhaps something was going on at the time I needed service. I am not writing this out of anger, but wanted to share my experience so that perhaps there could be improvements for the future.The owner and staff are very nice, which is a great thing. I had two items to repair. I am happy to report that one item was repaired nicely and within the stated timeframe (cracked screen on tablet). However, the second item is where there was a bit of an issue (Nintendo Switch). I understand that things happen in business; however, when they do...I believe that they should be communicated to the customer as soon as possible. On several occasions I was promised updates and did not receive any communication. Specifically, I had to call the owner on several occasions to find out why I did not receive the updates that he promised to provide. This happened at least three times after I expressed concern about the original breakdown in communication. The Switch entered the shop in Mid September and, unfortunately, was not repaired by the time I had to make the decision to retrieve the item in late November.During the waiting period, I had to buy my son a new Nintendo Switch because the shop could not give me an estimated timeframe of repair. After waiting for two months, I was told that the original issue was repaired, but that something else was not working. I was also told, I am so confident that eventually I can figure it out, but unfortunately cannot tell you a time span. This was after waiting the two months for the original issue.I did not feel as though this experience was professional or that it demonstrated a respect for my time or business. Therefore, I asked them to return the Nintendo Switch so that I could find someone else in the area to make the repair. I report that the repair was made by another shop within one week. I wanted to be fair and rule out any weird Switch Issue that could have occurred that may be out of anyones control BEFORE I made this review.Clearly, my experience is not the norm given the various other high reviews. It seems that I may be an anomaly, which I truly hope is the case. I wish them the best. However, I had to leave this review because I did not leave this situation feeling that my plight was fully understood or appreciated.

I realized my laptop possibly had a water damage and I searched google for a computer repair shop. I came upon Juvix repair shop and sent a message telling him I had possible water damage when I discovered my laptop wouldn’t come on one night. The next morning, I received an email back from Juvix saying to bring in my laptop immediately. I did and he was able to fix my laptop in a timely fashion. He told me what the issue was and how he was able to fix it. He was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any electronic repairs you may have!

My first inkling that I would have a good experience was when I was lost coming to his shop for the first time and he was about ready to take his truck and pick me up to save me the hassle. He explained everything perfectly and in a way that the layperson could understand. Great experience, great customer support!I purchased a Lenovo laptop (Juvi had the best price!) a couple days ago and had issues getting my dual monitors functional. For some crazy reason, I decided to call Geek Squad for help. That was a huge mistake. Geek Squad insisted that the laptop didnt support 2 monitors and that I could confirm with Lenovo. I had exact model Lenovo as a loaner and I knew dual monitors were standard. So I decided to give Juvi a call. He got right on the phone with me and spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the issue and fixing the problem. This is the guy who owns the store! I cant thank him enough. Ill be back.
