This was my second time coming back to this shop. The first was to have my microdermals removed. Ive had them for 10 years and was very nervous to have them taken out. All of the staff were very friendly and assured me it would be easy. I had them removed by Jesse and he did a great job making me feel comfortable and at the removal. Went back yesterday and had my nipples pierced by Jesse and they look really great. He took his time, he was very professional, and made me feel super comfortable. And Im thrilled with the results. Thanks Jesse and everyone else at Infinite!

I got my nose pierced at the Philly location in 2005 and was super excited to find out there was a location closer to home. I went in to replace my jewelry, and found out the style I’m used to went out of fashion many moons ago. The staff at the counter were very patient and explained the style with the post to me and provided very helpful feedback on my purchases. Kookie helped me switch my jewelry and did an awesome job. I really appreciate she answered all my questions and had a great tip about using a taper for future jewelry switches at home. I only feel comfortable using Infinite for anything piercing related and am very happy I don’t have to drive to Philly now, if I don’t want to.

I have never had any issues with getting piercings. When I went to Infinite Body Piercing in Baltimore I had my industrial pierced and I purchased a naval ring (which was ridiculously expensive for a naval ring). Shortly after my industrial piercing has formed bumps around it (I have my cartilage pierced on my other ear and never had issues) also my belly button became red, swollen and sensitive after putting in the piercing I bought from the shop. I did all of the cleaning procedures they told me to and still had these results. I am very disappointed in the results I’ve gotten from this shop. I do not recommend going here.

Hands down one of the best piercing studios Ive ever been to. Kookie is super professional, knowledgable, and all around super personable and friendly! The store front and piercing stations are both aesthetically pleasing and cleanly. I cant recommend this place enough. Make sure you leave a tip!

I have been pierced many times but this was my first experience with Kookie and the Infinite team. immediately after walking into the shop i was greeted and felt right at home. the front desk team got my paperwork sorted quickly and let a piercer know i was there. i came in for a consult to see if i could get my helix punched. Kookie right off the bat was able to confirm that my anatomy was right for this and was excited to make my vision a reality. the entire experience was THE MOST comfortable i have ever felt being pierced. she prepared me for the entire experience and consistently made sure i was comfortable. the process was gentle and quick. they have definitely gained a customer from me and this will for sure be the place i will continue to go for my piercing and jewelry needs!

I highly recommend Infinite Body Piercing out of Baltimore its a very professional clean environment it has a lot of jewelry you can choose from. Caitlin was very helpful she is very outgoing and made you feel welcomed. I came into get my nose pierced & Jesse did an amazing job it has healed amazingly way better than my prior nose piercing experience that I got done by someone else he made me feel comfortable and he was very explainable about what to do and not to do while healing. I have found my new piercer this is going to be my go to person and place. I have more piercings I want done. I will see you all soon!

I came here to get some jewelry changed out since I was having a bad reaction to the surgical steel that was put in when I was pierced (at a different shop.) They said I could come in without an appointment since it was an emergency. Despite being a walk in, I didn’t have to wait very long. Also, Kookie is an absolute gem! She advised that my piercing had been done incorrectly by the last shop and that there would likely be complications down the road if I did not remove it. She still gave me the choice to just have the jewelry switched if I wanted to. I opted to have it removed. I am so very appreciative that she told me that it was done incorrectly. I feel like previous shops that I’ve been to (with the exception of one) would not say anything and just switch the jewelry out in order to make a sale. I am looking forward to coming back in a few weeks & having the piercing redone by someone as knowledgeable about piercing as Kookie.

We took our 8 year old for her first piercing experience of life. Kookie did the ears piercing for her. She was very patient, detailed and quick-efficient. No tears and simply joy…She thoroughly explained post piercing care. It has been a week and the pierced ears are doing perfectly fine…Thank you Kookie for this wonderful experience for my daughter.

I wish I could give Infinite a million stars! This is hands down the best place to get pierced in Maryland, and probably one of the best in the United States. I came in for a simple jewelry change, but the ring I was pierced with was too skinny (done at another place) so they repierced me and inserted the correct gauge and jewelry for an initial helix piercing.All the jewelry they carry is top quality, nothing that will irritate your skin. There are some affordable titanium options all the way up to intricate, hand-crafted solid gold pieces. Everyone was super friendly and quick, I will never go anywhere else for a piercing.

Got pierced today by James, walked in I knew what I wanted to get done. He was very professional I got piercings not too long some where else and he told me what he recommended as far as my ear because I came in to get stacked lobe piercings on both sides, daith on my other ear and a conch on my other ear. He recommended to just get the stacked lobes done and give my other piercings time to heal and then get those other ones done which I was fine with. He was patient with me and also I opted to change my first and second earlobes to 16g and 18g and he showed me lots of lovely jewelry. After an hour of deliberating I finally decided and it was timed to get pierced. I wanted my jewelry to be perfect. He delivered what I wanted and I was very happy. You definitely get what you pay for coming here. will be back to get my jewelry changed when my other piercings heal and get my 5th piercing free. On top of that the shop is very very clean. So glad they are in Baltimore!

I went in for a piercing and I was super nervous but as soon as I walked in that completely dissipated.I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk who was very friendly and knowledgeable unfortunately I cant remember her name but she was a sweetheart. Kookie took care of my actual piercing and I loved how down to earth she was. She made sure to explain what she was doing every step of the way to help calm my nerves.She made sure to ask me questions about myself and it really felt like I was just hanging out talking with a friend. She made sure the process was quick and as painless as possible lol all while answering any questions I threw at her, plus she took a picture for me cause I couldnt do it myself and of course she went through what to expect when healing, dos and dont, basically all the important health stuff.I even stood around and talked with both ladies for a few minutes after the piercing was done just getting to know them. Long story short Im so happy I decide to go to them. I already raved about them to all my friends!

I just got a double helix piercing with Kookie and it was an amazing experience. Super friendly staff and incredibly clean space. Caitlin walked me through the jewelry options and took her time showing me different pieces which I greatly appreciated. I can be indecisive which is an annoying quality and she was very patient. Kookie spent so much extra time making sure the positioning was what I wanted and she never made me feel like I wasting her time. I appreciated her suggestions, options and attention to detail. I found out about Infinite Piercing through Elayne Angels site, after I was looking up information due to my botched VCH piercing experience at a local tattoo studio. I went through her site previously, but never came upon her list of recommended piercers. I stumbled across it in a post of someone elses botched piercing. But anyway, back to my review of INFINITE....I called first to ask a few questions and then I went online to book my appointment. The site is easy to navigate. I changed my appointment time the night before when I saw an earlier appointment became available.All of the staff are wonderful. When I came in, I was promptly greeted and offered hand sanitizer. I let the lady at the front know what I was in for, selected my jewelry, and waited for a few minutes for them to get the room ready for me.Kookie was my piercer and initially, I came for her to take a look at the botched piercing and to pierce my rook. Once we started talking, I knew I was in good hands. Kookie is very patient and informative about the piercing itself as well as jewelry recommendations. I kept adding piercings and she had to leave the room a few times to get more jewelry but she never seemed flustered or irritated. I ended up getting three piercings with her (Rook, conch and VCH). She talked me through each piercing and they were basically painless. After she was all done she gave me a care booklet as well as a card to get the 5th piercing free. Such an excellent experience and I cant wait to come back for more piercings. The 40 minute drive from Silver Spring was well worth it!There is paid street parking, $2 an hour I believe. I paid for 45 minutes but I was there for a little over an hour (And I didnt get a ticket - YAYYYY! LOL). The appointment blocks are 30 minutes at a time, but online it said to just reserve for one block, even if youre getting multiple piercings. So although my appointment went over the 30 minutes, I guess they space the other appointments out just in case.The shop was very clean and well organized. Bathroom and piercing room is immaculate.I highly recommend Kookie and Infinite Body to anyone for any piercing! They can handle it and get it done right the first time. I wish I knew about this place sooner, couldve saved money and trouble. But in life, sometimes you have to go through some stuff, to get whats best for you. :)

So 2nd time for me going and I can say its lovely. I have had Kookie twice and she is delightful. patience with you, understands that getting pierced makes you a little nervous. But she is wonderful, I will be letting her finish my piercings.

I have been considering a body piercing and went into Infinity to check them out. My friend had gotten pierced by the studio up in Philadelphia, and they came highly recommended. I wasn’t sure that I wanted the piercing just then, but after talking to Kookie I felt so comfortable that I decided to get it done then and there. The studio is a beautiful space with the jewelry displayed very professionally. The piercing rooms are immaculate and the staff are very professional. Kookie did a fantastic job and is clearly knowledgeable. What a great addition to Mount Vernon!

UPDATE: I came back and let them know what happened and they replaced my dermal top and used the tool this time. It was a different girl. I’m extremely happy and will be back.I came in for a dermal top and they put it on for me which I thought they were going to use tools...She only used her hands and the dermal top fell out in less than 24 hours. The dermal top was more expensive here too.They were super nice and friendly but I’m very upset about my purchase. I literally just wasted my time and money.

I like Infinite, but this will probably be my last time getting an actual piercing there. Two months ago I got my second lobe done at a 14g (because they didn’t have a 12g for the jewelry style the piercer recommended and I wanted these holes for a 12g pair of shell earrings I have).I went with the style the guest piercer recommended, a tiny three-bead style. The actual piercing and on-site experience was great. But it’s two months later and the jewelry size was a clear mismatch to the larger size hole at 14g. The jewelry itself has pushed in and out and yanked in and out of my ear four times over the past two months because the piercing hole is too large to keep the front piece of the jewelry from slipping inside.Finally had enough and replaced them with some white gold tiny hoops from Mejuri the other day and my ears are starting nicely...this should have been a one month process.I called to let them know that this jewelry is not a good match to the gauge size for future recommendations they might make to customers. The receptionist was totally concerned and helpful about my ears getting ripped up but as soon as the actual piercer got on the phone all I got was:“Well you should have told us the first time so we could have given you a larger barbell.”No “Sorry to hear that, would you still like to come in and get a larger jewelry front, would you like us to take a look at what’s going on...” nothing.I was like well I just wanted to let you guys know and got a dry “Well we appreciate it” in response and that was it.I love Infinite but for all that— to get my ears yanked up by a simple lack of foresight about the size of the jewelry front to the gauge of the post—I could have saved a ton of money on a simple second lobe piercing and gone to any old place and gotten a pair of simple studs.
