Absolutely awesome! From start to finish, the process was so easy, and Partistry really took care of everything. I got a natural balloon garland for my mom’s surprise 50th birthday, and they sent me emails with color references, had an easy online invoice system, and everyone was very nice and helpful! Adena came to install the garland and it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone raved about it! Would happily go to them again for other events.

I highly recommend Partistry Events! After finding their site on line I reached out using their request form and got a call back from Andrea right away. Even though my event was just a week away she was able to deliver a beautiful balloon garland and balloon topiaries that were a perfect match for the other decorations at my daughter in laws baby shower. She even accommodated a 2 hr change in the start time of the event without a hitch. My experience with this company was fantastic, I would use that again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Amazing! Partistry events exceeded all my expectations. Communication 100%, professionalism 100%. From the onset, Andrea responded to email my inquiry within 24 hrs. She kept me informed throughout the process, and even offered suggestions on improving my design. I got a call the week before my event to confirm my event details and design. The crew was punctual and called to notify me of their arrival time. Set up was quick and thorough. I am impressed with the service and product. Topnotch service, topnotch balloons and decor.

I knew I wanted something “different” for my wedding/reception and thought white balloons would look classy, but also add a wow factor and touch of whimsy. Partistry helped bring my vision to life, and suggested a few touches I hadn’t thought of (ex. colored LED lights in the balloons over the dance floor as a surprise element), all while keeping within my budget. Wedding guests said they felt like they were “eating under a cloud.” I had started planning my wedding prior to the pandemic and Partistry was so accommodating and understanding as our plans changed, and our reception got postponed! Partistry worked with our venue to determine appropriate install methods and set up and removal was seamless! I would definitely recommend Partistry!

Partistry was fantastic to work with. They were fast to respond to a last-minute request and drove over an hour to get to our event where they provided a beautiful organic arch. Having the balloon arch really helped make our event special, and I really appreciated their swift responses and professionalism.

We had an amazing experience with Partistry. At the last minute we decided to have a going away party for our au pair, who was returning to Brazil. The team at Partistry designed, delivered and installed a beautiful semi-arch in the colors of the Brazilian flag. Today, nearly 5 days later it is still in great shape. Cant recommend them highly enough; they are great.

I hired Partistry Events to decorate for my outdoor birthday party. They really did a stellar job. The balloon bouquets were beautiful and they were so accommodating, as we decided where to place them. I highly recommend them for your next party.

Update to original post- the company did get back with me and offered a future credit. I’m so glad this worked out and I will update this post once the event has taken place.I was referred to this company by a friend. I worked directly with the owner when scheduling an event that wasn’t able to take place because of the pandemic - which cost me $350. When I contacted the company at a later date to ensure that I still had credit on file (or could receive a refund) they wouldn’t work with me and said my credit had expired even though no expiration was made clear to me. Basically, Flavia took my money, provided NO service and wouldn’t offer a refund nor a credit when I asked for it. I’m still in communication with the company and hope they will do the right thing. I simply wanted a credit or refund for my child’s birthday party that couldn’t occur due to the pandemic.

Thanks so much to the Partistry team! The vision I outlined was executed flawlessly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. I would definitely use them for any future events.

Partistry did a phenomenal job with the balloon decor for two outside backdrops. The color combination, the design, and the staff were amazing. I would definitely use them again!

Flavia and her team did a tremendous job this past Monday on our Pats Select and Asian Garden Grand Opening. They exceeded all our expectations and did an amazing job on all the balloons we discussed. She meet with me as many times as needed and was so kind. I have attached some pictures of the balloons she did for us. We could not have imagined something better than her work and we are looking forward to having her and her team again in our future events.

This review comes a year late which I apologize for because the service I received was extremely timely. Not living in the state of Maryland and especially with birthdays celebrations being different last year I wanted to do something extra special for my Goddaughter. After discovering Partistry Events online, and reading the glowing reviews I contacted them in the hope that my order could be placed for the next day. I cant say enough about Flavias swift and superb customer service in accommodating me. The next day a beautifully designed standing bouquet was delivered that now a year later, the balloons are still upright with air. I highly recommend this company!

I wanted to order a balloon bouquet for my grandson and his wife celebrating the birth of their daughter. Partistry came through with an impressive set of balloons attached to a Teddy Bear. The ordering was easy, the delivery when I asked for and the young couple was thrilled. I would be happy to have an excuse to use their services again.

From start to finish I had the best experience. I was planning a birthday bouquet (remotely) for my daughter’s surprise party , and was relying on the expertise of Partistry to make it perfect! The colors I chose( and they helped guide me to) were both complimentary and perfect!! The table runner bouquet was a splurge but it MADE the table!!! They guided me in every choice from the delivery( right on time) to the balloon color combination ( boho). I would use Partistry again without a second thought.

Partistry balloon bouquet made my daughter’s birthday setting magical! The balloon bouquet was just so beautiful. The depth of colors, the quality and the different sizes of the balloons were exactly what I requested based on the pictures on the Partistry website. The setup team wore masks, they were punctual and professional and determined the best location for the balloons after seeing my backyard. The install was timely and made the backyard look festive and fun. The balloons really set the tone for a wonderful time. They looked perfect for the outdoor party.

Great experience, the owner was absolutely lovely to work with and so helpful. The balloon garland was beautifully done! They were booked for our event date and we had to pick up in two trips but well worth it and we did the best we could with our own decor!

Partistry Events has provided backdrops for our local organizations holiday party for the past two years, and they have truly been a highlight of the events! Last years gingerbread house facade was a work of art that had the kids and parents in awe.I also recommended Partistry for an Orioles Opening Day work event, attended by our customers and regional leadership.
