As a new cruiser in the middle of the pandemic with supply chain issues Ive run into my fair share of frustration on obtaining what I need for this lifestyle. I was desperately in need of an oil change and unfortunately the store was out of 15w-40 with none in the warehouse. Their employee John was so kind in offering to drive me to an auto parts store I was going to walk to in order for me to get oil, all on his own time. I couldnt be happier with the service I received here, wonderful and friendly employees. Thank you!

Great place to visit. Good selection of supplies and other nautical items. Very friendly staff at the counter. I explained that was a new boater in the area, and gave me copies of a local magazine about the bay. Ill be back.

Its always hit or miss with West Marine personnel, but this location is super nice and helpful.

You keep asking and I keep telling. Great place in a great location. In most cases they will have what you need. It is a small store but the staff will track down items they dont have in stock. Staff and manager are salt of the earth. Best folks you can ask for in a store.

Super friendly service! The winter hours arent very convenient but I love visiting when I need something for sailing. I also have picked up online orders here, so if its not regularly in the store you can get it shipped there.

Joe and his staff provide top notch service. They know you by name. This store is small and sometimes you have to go to a larger store to get what you need. This does not detract from my five star rating as they will order the item ASAP or reserve it at a nearby larger store.

When looking for a West Marine I always turn to a location by the water. This location is convenient, easy to park and the staff is outstanding! I do truly mean they are the best with recommendations, advice and a go to spot for local boating.

This is by far the best west marine store Ive ever been to. Joe learned my first name the second time I came in the store. They bend over backwards to help you. The service cant be beat. Id give them 10 stars if possible.

I was plesantly surprised! I was looking for RIB Air Valves, they not only had them but had them but a a price better than online plus shipping.Recently they introduced a Price Match Guarantee, they will match prices from other marine stores.
