Jeff is great. Gave me all the options that I had and did a great job fixing my car up. I am moving away from the area and seriously considering driving my car an hour and a half to have Jeff service it in the future.

He has done basic work for me on multiple occasions and the car has always left in tip top shape. He even helped me lay out options when my car had a catastrophic engine issue and did not do so in a self interested way whatsoever. I cannot recommend Jeff enough. I’ve been going to Jeff for years now and he is the best mechanic in town. He never hesitates to give me honest advice, is always reasonable with servicing, and I appreciate the small and large gestures he makes for his customers to show he cares about us - whether it’s a thank you card from him and Winnie, a surprise car detailing, or a pair of wipers on the house. Jeff and Winnie are friendly and professional. Care is taken to make time for proper repairs and maintenance. Everything is explained thoroughly. Jeff did work on my clutch system on my 2005 Accord, and he made sure it was working as well as when I bought the car. He also did a free preventative maintenance evaluation. He does not push unneeded repairs. He is honest about the state of the car. I am new to Baltimore and there are two things I must have when I move to a new place - a good dentist and a trustworthy mechanic. I finally found the second! Jeff is really kind, attentive and honest to deal with. He gives outstanding service and always goes the extra mile. Trustworthy, excellent service. I have a preowned Lexus, and I dont always like to go to the dealer based on price. Jeff is knowledgeable with Lexus vehicles, and he is has great integrity. The price point was competitive. But what I loved about taking my car here was the great customer service. I was able to drop my car after hours and pick it up on a Saturday. And then when a tail light went out the day after I picked it up, Jeff came in on a Sunday to help me out. Great local mechanic.

Ive been coming to see Jeff for almost two years now. He has worked on my old Carolla and been really honest about the lifespan of that car and when to stop putting money into it. Recently he inspected a used car I was interested in and told me what he thought of the car WITHOUT CHARGING ME. He has done a ton of favors from topping off fluids in my car to throwing a wheel nut on my brothers Ford after I stripped it changing a flat tire.In addition he has done a lot of work on my boyfriends Scion. Honestly no one compares to his service, not just for a mechanic, but in any industry that I have ever experienced. He goes above and beyond and I completely trust him. You cant go wrong coming here!

I brought my old 1994 Honda Accord over to Jeff when I started smelling a burnt rubber odor from under the hood. He looked everything over for me and told me that I shouldnt put any more money into it because there was a lot going on with it. I cant thank him enough for being so honest with me. I had been to another mechanic a few months before to get a new muffler and new brakes for it. He didnt charge me for the visit and even looked at a new used car for me! I am truly grateful to have found such a respectable mechanic, I have recommended him to all of my friends and family members.

I love Jeff! He is honest, reliable, and friendly. I always bring my car to him and have never been dissatisfied. Hes kept his shop open late so I could get in to pick up my car, and he took a quick look at a problem on Saturday when his shop was technically closed. He lets me know what problems with my car are safety issues and which arent, and he never talks down to me the way some mechanics have. A great place to take your car!

So before Sisson Street automotive, i took my 2012 Subaru Impreza to Heritage dealership. They charged me $1400 to fix my vent selector along with routine maintenance once, and then $1700 the next time, for recommended services like brakes, differential oil, tires, and scheduled service for 90k.The car returned with a terrible scraping noise in the rear passenger side. Guy wasnt there, said he would not be there for hours, then told me he had to have me towed to his other location and charge me. Said it would take near week to repair after looking at it. Had it towed by gieco second time for free, thank God, down the street and they repaired it and had it ready next day. Was a rat nested in engine, chewed some wires. This business is not even open. Stay away
