Just called them and tried to get an estimate for a brake job and the guy answered the phone and hung up on me after I asked him for an estimate. Super unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone unless you like being disrespected.

I came in during an extremely emotional time, with lots going on. They did everything they could to get my car on the road (as safely as possible) for a good price. He was very kind, patient & understanding, especially considering a hysterical crying woman was in his presence the whole time.

They say 20 dollar tires but there 45$ no customer has the right size rim for the 20$ option lol also went there to have a tire switched onto a different rim and they charged me 20$ so dont go there a cheap reke-dink shop Cuz there far from cheap plenty of other better cheap tire shops and mechanics around

Baltimore Tire, Inc. helped me out of a bind this morning. Rolled in, they assessed my tire (of course I needed a new one, on a weekend, right before a road trip, because thats how life goes!), found one of the right size, tread depth to match the other tire on the drive train, and ensured that their tire was newer than the others already installed on my car, mounted and balanced it, and checked me out all within 45 minutes.Waiting room has a variety of magazines for guys and gals alike... water available. Staff was professional and friendly. Pricing was budget friendly especially since I will be in the market to replace all four tires in the next year on my VW Sportwagen TDI.

These guys have been fantastic! They have been the only tire warehouse to have new tires in stock the same day. If by chance they have to order it, they get it next day. These guys are providing better service than Firestone, Merchant, etc., etc. at better prices too.

Update 9/23/20 came for a plug guy says its 20.00 . Hes the new owner, he handled things well. Its busy after 5pm but still my goto for a quick patch!I had a nail in my tire, they plugged the tire $15.00. It was fast with great service.

I got 4 brand new tires for a reasonable price but the thing is I didnt get to pick my tire for my money they just brought random tires that fit my car. I dont like people choosing things for me especially when Im spending my money. The tires are nice but they are not exactly what I was looking for.

There are moments when used tires make sense for your 3rd vehicle or even primary driver. Twice in the last two years I have had the need for my car and truck. Bought tires here, in and out in 40 minutes, the guys there are fast and hard working at a great price for tires.

Good used tires if not looking for new ones. Which is surprising. Staff is spanish speaking as well and a little stand offish but provides what they advertise efficiently and quickly. New & used $20 and up.

Stopped in over the weekend. I needed tires and I was in and out in about 20 minutes with three quality used tires for around a hundred bucks. Try that at a Firestone or other name brand tire dealer. While waiting for my tires to be mounted I spoke with Robb. Nice guy and very knowledgeable about the tire business.If you need tires, I suggest giving this local business a chance.

Quick, clean, efficient, and great prices and promotions. We called ahead to make sure they had the tires that we wanted and they had them set aside when we pulled up. We were seen immediately and the 2 tires only took about 15 minutes to finish. I dont have a single complaint!

I went there looking for tires. They had a sign that said come back after 130p, except their main door was open. I will not be going back.

They had the lowest tire prices, including labor costs. I ordered the tires at 6PM and they were installed on my car at 1PM the next day. Only took about 20 minutes. Great customer service. They responded to all my email correspondence and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend them.

My retread came off my tire I was driving by and I decided to stop in and get my tire from them and they sold me a great tire the Continental brand new for my truck$65 which was a great price you cant even get a truck tire used for less than 40 staff was friendly and helpful a tire was back on my truck in 15 minutes and I was on my way definitely will be going back
