They will send you wrong parts all day and rip you off on your credits on the back end. Best practice to protect your business is to avoid this place like a plague...,

I visit this location a lot Chico is great and Kevin is the man !! but the guys up front working the register really need to be trained in customer sevice !!!Today I believe I heard more F-words while standby to be checking out then I’ve heard at the Ravens vs Browns game last time I went ; But I couldn’t get a greeting from the cashier. Please remind these guys that we help to pay the bills and a little common courtesy like ( “Hello, please ,thanks or you total is “) wouldn’t t hurt a customer feelings .

Parts athority is one off my favorite stores I get in ask for what i want and right back out no hassle.

I called on the phone to see if they had a cabin inside filter for F150. The parts woman that answer the phone she was very polite quick and knowledgeable about the part that I need it. So I came in and purchase the part and Ill be doing business with you for now on. Happy happy happy

Went there for an interview everyone was polite and respectful

Ordered an air filter at 8:50am. Was told that it was in stock and they could send it right up. We are about 10 minutes away for the store. Called at 9:07 for an ETA and was told that it was on the way. Called again at 9:20 and was told that it should be there any minute now. I had a customer that had to go to work and was getting upset. The filter finally arrives at 9:57am. I looked at the receipt and the filter wasnt dispatched until 9:15am. If I knew that the delivery wouldve taken an hour, then i couldve picked it up myself or i couldve communicated that to my customer. I am extremely disappointed

Lady behind the counter was rude and had a bad attitude. I have no need to come here ever Again.

Called for the parts I needed and just came and paid and pick them up. No wait

Auto zone does not honor their commitment and it promised to customers. Spoke with the manager and assistant manager Gary and Tony at the location at Reisterstown Road. They were not very helpful very not understanding. They made me feel like I was a fool was trying to explain the definition of wear and tear on a break. Waiting to speak to the district manager now mr. Muhammad Im praying and hopeful that he can resolve the issue and give me a refund on my brakes after what I saw and what I understand of limited lifetime warranty on brake. but I learned the lesson never ever to go to AutoZone on Reisterstown Road to deal with Gary or Tony the manager and assistant manager

Just like any other parts store. Make u wait for every thing nothings special about it
