Norris Ford is a wonderful place to do Business! My boyfriend and i had called ahead to make sure an explorer we have been looking at all week was still there. As soon as we got there the sales representative we talked to Parker welcomed us and showed us the car we were interested in. Once we test drove it and got back we started the paperwork where we met Jimmy. And he was also a pleasure to work with. They were fast and easy, they got us out within 4 hours! The first vehicle I purchased from Norris Ford was back in 2016 and I couldnt have been happier with the service. Since then I have referred them to family and friends anytime someone is looking for a vehicle. My poor truck was totaled recently and I contacted Stan Ma at Norris for a new vehicle. He walked me through the process, explained a few features that I was wondering about, and even talked me out of a few that he knew I didnt need, to keep cost down. I drove off the lot yesterday in a brand new F-150 and I couldnt be happier.

2 StarsCalled day before appointment and asked salesman verbatim β€œplease find out if this truck has a tow package before my wife and I drive out.” He says there was a tow package and payload package and tow capacity is #11,700. We pull into the parking lot and the truck doesn’t even have a receiver or an oil cooler. Would not look for used vehicles here. As hard as reliable trucks are to find you would think the salesman would know what’s on their lot.β€œFalse advertising”

Very easy non-pressured, friendly environment. Very smooth buying process. We conducted 95% of our communication online. Upon arrival to the dealership, the deal was as negotiated; no surprises. They even honored the sight-unseen appraisal of my trade -in even though there were unknown issues with my trade. I received rebates & a military discount with my id.me.com account. I never buy new due to depreciation, however, I received such a good deal and great service, I bought my first ever new truck and Im quite happy! Ford buyers, DONT FORGET to use your loyalty points! Most horrible experience ever. I made a cash deal for over 23k and was treated so horribly by this staff. One person in particular I will call out is Frank, hes one of the most sickening people I have ever met and shouldnt be working there. He was very demeaning to me and my partner and acted as if he was helping us even though I had financing in hand and was doing a cash deal. He filled out my financing check without my knowledge or without me even sitting in front of him. When I said something he became belligerent and acted as if I was wrong. Then when he realized I didnt like him at all he decided to send his little coworker buddy out to slam my paperwork down on the desk. I wasnt even offered a bottle of water after driving 4+ hours from Virginia Beach. The manager called and apologized but was to lazy to even call me back to answer a simple question about my title. This dealership deserves to go out of business and I will never return. If any future customers go here make sure to tell them you dont want a snake like Frank anywhere near you!

I lived in Dundalk most of my life and several years ago I moved out of state. I returned to visit my parents and wanted to replace their car. My first stop was Norris Ford, a dealership I known since I was a kid. Upon my arrival I was met on the lot by Adrian Parker, a Sales Advisor. He greet me and my parents, and even though we said we were just looking he wanted to assist. He retrieved the keys to the vehicle we were looking at and allowed my parents to get inside. He explained the car thoroughly and asked if we wanted to drive the car. My mother and father drove the car and we went inside to talk to Adrian. Once inside, He appraised our trade and worked out a deal for us. He introduced us to Jimmy Lowry, his General Sales Manager and Brett Koopman, his Sales Manager who made us feel at home and made our deal work. We purchased the vehicle and my mother and father love the EcoSport…. I wish everyone could have a car buying experience like we had. You guys are awesome, thank you so much for you help and compassion.

Skilled, courteous, and confident service, office, and repair personnel. I wish I could give this a zero star. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. They were not helpful, never answered my emails or calls, sent me in a wild goose chase, and offered no assistance or went the extra mile to help me. I do not live in Maryland and they told me the out of state process was incredibly easy. All the information they gave me was wrong and then did not provide any further information. It was like once I bought the car, I did not matter to them anymore. Jerry the manager is extremely rude and needs to take a class in customer service. Instead of helping me make this process smooth and easy, I had to do all the work myself. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUFFER.

While Mr. Cook has decided to retire, the outstanding principles of George R. Norris remain, throughout the organization. Messrs, Franklin, Paugh, Bisciotti, and in particular Mr. Grossman, are beyond reproach. They are supported by Messrs Ma, and Watson,, plus their new Store Mgr. Lowery, they are stellar in every aspect. During the recent pandemic they did everything to help their customers and they continue to do so today. I can assure many that the days of of your friendly automobile dealer is sadly long past, Yet, today it is still vibrant at Norris Ford. I can’t believe they tried to charge me $749 fo replace a starter! I went up the street to Total Tires and they replaced it for $100 and I purchased the part myself at Autozone for $166 and took the core back and they refunded me for $40 so I went from $749 to $226. Ford is ripping people off! They had the nerve to say labor took 3 hours and it takes no more than 45 for this repair. I’m never going back there again! If you get the wrench indicator it’s the starter go somewhere else to replace it

Aside from working a great deal he took the extra time to go over all the new technology and features with my wife before we left. There was an issue Hunter in service found during a simple oil change and she was able to effectively explain everything and all was done and fixed in a short period of time with no complications. I am trying to get a recall repair (driver and passenger airbags) complete. While speaking with the 800 number customer service representative, she recommended this dealership for it was the closest dealer to me. I had just moved to Baltimore and am unfamiliar with the area. The customer service rep explained to an individual, David, at the dealership, that there were multiple reasons a rental car (or loaner) would be required for my (valid) situation. Ford also sends out letters describing that loaner vehicles are available upon request for this specific recall. When speaking to David, he claimed the customer service rep did no such thing, and that he could not help me. Not only did he lie to me while she was still on the phone (she was extremely embarrassed and I feel so bad for her), he did not offer any alternate solutions for a life threatening recall. After David left the conference call, the customer service rep and I contacted Bob Bell Ford, who had my appointment and rental car situation figured out in less than two minutes. If you value your life and safety, and the life and safety of those riding passenger with you, skip out on Norris Ford and head on over to Bob Bell Ford! Many thanks to the customer service rep who handled this situation with me.

Grievances: false advertisement, unprofessional, wasted my time, and unsanitaryFalse advertisementβ€”They advertise cars online for a β€œretail” price, when I came in they implied that it was part of the sticker price for the entire transaction up until they revealed their offer it was almost 2K above the β€œretail” price including $535 for a β€œvalue adding” expense of reconditioning the car. The car did not appear to have been cleaned on the interior and actively had dirt underneath the interior door handles. The upholstery was melted in a patch the size of a TV remote, so perhaps that’s what they’re referring to.Unprofessionalβ€”Couldn’t get my name right and remarked that it was weird. My companion asked why there was duck tape attached to the engine and the salesman said it was β€œno big deal” and dismissed her. Called us both sweetheart incessantly in the most patronizing way. Complained that my profession was annoying because he did not like software updates. Generally try to rush you and pressure you into buying immediately.Wasted my timeβ€”This is the thing I am most peeved about and why I am writing this. After the test drive the salesman proceeded to begin sloooowwwly (sloth in Zootopia slow) hand filling out the purchase documents while making unrelated small talk and hyping up the dealership. After about 15 minutes of this, I realized he is going to fill out this document entirely before we even discuss the purchase. Finally, I cut this off and tell him the price I’m looking for as I’ve done research into the worth and general pricing of the vehicle. At this point he says I have to go consult my manager, and goes into an adjacent room with glass walls. They just idle in there for about 30 minutes before coming back with the price discussed in the false advertisement section. I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY THESE GAMES.Unsanitaryβ€”The cherry on top, maybe 25-30% of the people in this building/large room with cubicles were wearing masks. Someone across the room was coughing. The manager came to talk to me with his mask on crooked. Absolutely unacceptable given the state of emergency. This made the waiting for the bs offer even more of an outrage.

I needed shuttle service and after waiting a while she had another employee drive me to work so I wouldn’t be late. She called and gave me updates throughout the morning. On July 9, 2019 I took my car to Norris Ford to get an oil change and work for an recall. They supposedly did the recall. Which was no completely done right because my alignment was still off now this was Tuesday. So I Immediately called them. Before leaving Ford I didnt have anything wrong with my car. My paper work stated that everything is working. Mind you my suv was fine no noise at all. Took my car back that Thursday. Once again my suv wasnt making any noise. They so called fix the alignment the best way they can. Thats what the technician said. He also said my front struts and bar links needed to be replaced. Plus my rod was bend when he fix the alignment. So I stated why didnt they tell me this Tuesday when I got my car fix the first time shouldnt the technician seen that? The question was brush off. Now wasnt they supposed to check everything before giving my car back? Wasnt they supposed to ask if I want to get it fixed before I left out the dealership? Ok I leave and when I left guys my car was making the horrible noise. One of them technician mess my car up. I called them back and they told me to bring it back. Took it back for the third time and they basically told me it was on me to get it fix. Now Im dealing with having to calling Ford corporate. Now it Monday I havent hear anything from Ford. Ps here is the vehicle check up from Tuesday they put everything works.

One star is too many for this location. My husband took his truck in for service, which he has done several times prior. Today He was poorly greeted by Stephanie (one of the service reps). I’m not sure if she’s having a bad day or what. From the time he stepped in the door she was nothing but nasty. He had enough of her bad attitude and then on top of it she refusing him service because of his interlock system, she handed him his keys between her two fingers as if beneath her. Customer service is important. However the service here today was less than stellar. Ford dealers are everywhere. This is one we will NEVER visit again. If your a person where customer service is important, then stay far away from this place. She is toxic!

I just bought my third new mustang from Norris Ford. I dont live near them but its worth the drive. They are fair and easy to deal with. They are way better then the other Ford dealership Ive been too. Im writing this review because I came in for service on my 2019 mustang GT today and the service dept was great. They took my car right back with no appointment to fix a window that had water on the inside part in the door. They took their time to take care of it but what really impressed me was they came in and asked me if it was okay to get the car wet because it had already been cleaned. I gave them permission of course but I really appreciated them asking me first. Norris is great because they treat your car like its theirs. Other dealers dont care because to them your dream car is just another number. Thanks Norris Ford for all your help. Took my 2019 Ford Escape to the dealer for its first oil change and to have my cell phone paired with the car. There was no waiting in line. Visited Norris this weekend to look at a vehicle I saw online. I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past from other dealerships and this, by far, was the most pleasant and painless experience I’ve had making an auto purchase. I didn’t leave the dealership annoyed. Shawn was delightful to work with and the other gentlemen I met were also friendly.

I had an incredibly poor experience with Kyle at Norris Ford. Never have I felt so disrespected in an experience at a Ford dealership. I will no longer be coming to Norris Ford in the future. Kyle is better suited for a non-customer service position, as he has very poor interactions with customers.

I had contacted Norris Service Department prior to my arrival on Saturday because I had received multiple recall notices. My concern was that I needed - my only available time for service would be a Saturday due to my hectic employment schedule. The service rep stated whatever was good for me Norris could / would accommodate. He also informed me that Norris opens @ 7am. I asked how long would it take and he stated approximately one hour. When I arrived, The receiving rep was very courteous and professional. He asked why I had come in and I in turn requested if time allotted could I receive the Summer The Works package Oil Change as well? He without hesitation said yes/sure. My response - great. I was checking out with the cashier less than an hour - fantastic. It was brought to my attention that there is another recall for my interior molding - I will truly return next Saturday; Thank You to the entire Norris family / staffMr. Johnson BK

Took a newly purchased Fusion here to do a recall fix and the service was amazing. Shout out to David who was kind, helpful, and professional both over the phone and in person. I will be back because the service was fast and the people I dealt with on Oct 1, 2018 around 5-6pm were all very nice and friendly. I have never felt so disrespected and blatantly lied too in my entire life. They were unethical and obviously just did not care about my needs as a cuatomer. Yesterday I went in to take a look at a $36000 Ford Ranger, possibly leasing the truck. I told them that I wanted to pay $450 a month with $3000 down. They come back with $801 a month I say no then approximately $720 a month I say no again and then $601 a month. I then ask them about the interest rate and they told me 5% for someone that has perfect credit, I knew I could get 3.6%-4.4% interest rate because I contacted my credit union. They told me that only 5% was because I was asking for too many months, what ever that means. I then proceed to ask about my monthly payment, they tell me I need to put between $10,000-$12,000 down to get to $450 a month. So we decide to leave. So today they text me non stop all day to come and that they will be significantly lower and closer to my budget of $450 a mont . So I grudgingly go in they show me $482 a month, I told them no and then they make a 1 minute phone call and come back with exactly $450 a month, still with only $3000 down, what happened to the $10k-$12k down? I have a bit of a blowup because of the demeanor of the manager, he comes to us and his word are I just lost money, lets do the paperwork for $450 a month, he was very upset, rude and brash about it. Obviously not happy at all. I thought he could have came in a said something like we made it work, congrats maybe some better body language and atleast act happy that he will be selling a ca . I took exception to his words and actions and decided to leave. Later that night the SAS salesman call and miraculously they were able to drop the price even more now $424 a month. Still only $3k down. Lastly the day before we had entertained bringing in an f150 from out of down because they did not have the one I wanted in stoc . They told me there was a mandatory $500 deposit to bring the car in. Also, I asked numerous times what the final price of the truck that is being financed, they refused to tell me. I asked twice. Mind you I went in to lease and they completely ignored that request, they were insisting on buying. Lastly, after I left I went directly to Al Packer Ford and told them what I was looking for with the same numbers. The salesman helped me, did not require me to pay $500 to bring another truck in from out of state. I will be picking up my $48000 F150 today at Al Packer for $3000 down and $450 a month. Unbelievable and can not believe that I almost let those 2 guys rob me blind.

I had amend my original 5 star review. I stopped in yesterday with an issue concerning my auto start/stop feature that I noticed hasnt worked for over a month. I figured I would have it checked just in case it was an early indicator of something more serious as my truck is still under factory warranty. I was told from the start by a tech and the service advisor that its probably fine and they most likely wont find anything wrong and if they dont find anything I will have to pay out of pocket for the the diagnostic fee and be ready to pay. I just felt like I was being rushed out because they didnt feel like addressing my concern. very rude and terrible customer care after sale.

I purchased a vehicle less than two days ago. When I checked it out and purchased it my family was not there. The issue Im having is there is not enough leg room for taller people. My kid is also one of the main passengers and when she sits in it her knees are jamming the dash area. Even with her sitting in the back her legs are jammed into the backseat. So I called Norris Ford to find out if I get can something bigger like I told them I wanted right from the start. They said Im stuck with it and theres nothing they can do. Even though I told the salesman man I wanted the same size SUV just like my old SUV. But no, he kept insisting and saying its the same size as my last one. He wouldnt even show me anything bigger. He stayed in the small SUV area. So now Im stuck paying for an SUV that my poor kids can barely move in or be comfortable just to sit in.
