Decided to try this Xmas tree lot this year and was not disappointed. There is a wide variety of Xmas trees and sizes for everyone. They even have really really tall ones. They also offer wreaths and other decor items for sale. The prices are fair and the service is super amazing. All of the employees went out of their way to be nice and to offer all the help we needed. We found the perfect tree, healthy and full and just beautiful. I totally recommend!!

I am a 10 year customer of Sullivan Farms. I can honestly tell you, these guys are the most customer service centered operation that I deal with out of an entire year! The quality is exceptional, the guys are kind and helpful, and the memories that are made around the tree each year are priceless. My husband and I have went to their Watson location for years, we recently moved and decided to come to this location this year. From the moment we walked in they gave us their undivided attention. All of the employees were so nice and happy! They had Christmas music playing and so many tree options & sizes. It made the best Christmas experience. Thank you so much Sullivan Farms!! Just went to this tree lot. None of the employees were wearing masks or social distancing in the midst of a pandemic. We left immediately and will take our business to someone who cares about the safety of their customers.

This year will be the third in a row that I have bought my family Christmas tree at the Sullivan Farms Ballwin location. The trees are always fresh and beautiful and the service is PHENOMENAL! We will continue to shop there for years to come.The website is also clear and informative. I like that they included info on the varieties of trees available. It also says clearly in bold print on the first page of the website that all the trees are pre cut. This tree lot is EXACTLY as advertised.

It has become our family tradition to get our Christmas trees from Sullivan farms in West county .For more than 10 years we have chosen our beatiful 12 to 14 ft tree from Sullivan farms. I have called Paul in advance to tell him what I am looking for and he always finds the perfect trees to show me when I arrive, then he sets up delivery to our home. Their staff is always very curtious and accomadating.I would recommend to everyone to get their Christmas tree, and wreaths at Sullivan farms once and I guarrantee they will make it their family tradition too.

Have been going every year for 8 years. They do it right!

Got a horrible tree from this group. From day 2 on, needles fell off constantly (despite daily watering). We now have no tree for xmas. So upsetting (especially for my 2 and 3 year old). Id get a new one, but Im due to deliver baby #3, any day now.
