I was picking up a trophy when I was there three dogs ran into the store from the back room. It was very odd and unprofessional. Everything else was fine with the trophy and it turned out great, but it was really weird.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased trophies and medals for both a Pinewood Derby and a Powder Puff derby. The staff walked me through the entire process, and worked with me on getting the most for my budget. Overall, a great experience. I plan on using Crown Trophy in the future.

I took my fantasy football trophy in for some simple updated name plates, I wanted 1 engraved and 26 blank plates put on the trophy. They did not seem very interested in serving my need, I got the feeling I was bothering them. When I picked up the trophy they had not put on the 26 blanks but had done the 1 engraved, but they put that on the one side of the trophy I did not want any plates, they told me they were not sure exactly what I wanted???? They had my phone number and e-mail address, I dont think they are interested in serving you unless you are buying a trophy from them. I do not recommend, not a very good way to run a business.

We host an annual company event for roughly 200 employees. Last year I reached out to several companies in regards to making some sort of belt buckle awards for our Wild West Showdown. I was ingorned or turned away by most of them. Wendy and Ben @ Crown were so eager and willing to help. They went totally outside of their norm and created us the perfect award. They worked with another company on the pieces they didnt have. Everything was done correctly and with time to spare. We even realized our company had made some typos and they made last minute changes for us with no hesitation.We are incredibly happy with Crown Trophy and have already reached out to them to start working on our fall 2013 Event.
