I had flowers delivered for my birthday. Even after I told the driver that I would not be home for 10 hours and not to leave the arrangement. The chocolate was melted and the flowers were wilted. I called the office to complain two days ago and was told I would receive a call back. No call. Very unprofessional.

A beautiful, fresh bouquet of roses was delivered at the perfect time for my daughters special birthday…so very helpful and courteous staff!!!!

It was mothers day so it was crazy, but found the perfect arrangement and they had the single roses pretty cheap, and they were abld to help me and get me out of there fairly quickly considering it was packed

My husband has been ordering flowers from her shop for more than twenty years because of her caring personality, professionalism, and her attention to detail. Once we got engaged, there was no doubt in our minds who would do the flowers for our wedding. From the corsages to the bouquets, to the flowers for the Blessed Mother and the babys breath on the bows at the church, to the gorgeous centerpieces and candles that adorned our tables and fireplace at the catering hall, everything was flawless and breathtaking. Good evening people watch out for this place please my boyfriend got me a bouquet of rose and smallest box of chocolate there today brough me flowers they charge him $102 for what please peoples watchout this place they very expensive for no reason I wish I could go back ask for refund

Outstanding!!! Gorgeous!!! We order standing basket for funeral. Flowers was tall, big size and very fresh. Catch you eyes right away. Last time we order from different company and for more than 100$ they send us such a small basket. We was so not Happy at all. Imperial Florist did wonderful job for 99$. So Happy!!! I recently used Imperial Florist for my wedding flowers. Not only was Anne attentive to any of my smaller requests, she was able to guide me in a way that I would never have gone, and provided me with absolutely stunning bouquets for the entire wedding day. The arrangements were well constructed and stood up to the decent drive to the ceremony, but were so elegant I couldnt stop staring.After the wedding, we ended up taking home some of the centerpieces, and they lasted for WEEKS afterwards, serving as a constant reminder at how talented Imperial Florist is.The owner of Imperial is so attentive to all of her customers, giving them a special time to sit and discuss their needs if required, and works without having to follow up or push to make sure anything is completed on time.My wedding day would not have been such a magical day without Imperial Florist!!

Their website says they are open until 5:30PM, the door sign says 6:00PM. I get there at 5:00PM...door is locked. Really?? Not very reliable.
