Im from the east coast of these were fab ulous. The sauce and onions did it for me. My sister loves there milkshakes. They were damned in good! Wish they would come east. Service fantastic, restaurants VERY clean!

As always, the food its good and a service is great. This place is nice and clean, and next to it, its a Universal City of In and Out. Its a gift shop which I recommend you stop by sometime

As with everyone in n out, the service is exemplary. I always get my burgers with XL xt and both kind of onions and they came exactly that way. Free hot cocoa for the kids is a nice touch at this time of year.

Location where the Company store is. Fast and friendly. Odertaker was new and didnt know how much of the customizations but a fellow co-worker helped her.

My favorite place to go and get some food great prices plus one of the best burgers I have ever ate. The line can be pretty long though.

They are all pretty consistent on their products taste. Since they deal in a high volume you will for the most part get a good tasting item. The line here us long. Someone was outside taking preorders, but it really didnt speed up the wait. Maybe it was a staffing issue, because we did not see many working. Make sure you check your items. You cant back up in drive through, so they had to come out and give us the remainder or our order.

Burger was very good, fries were luke warm. Needed to be returned for hot fries. Milk shake was meh.

Wonderful had a grilled chesse its not on menu so for thosr that dont eat great alternative

As always in-and-out quality is fantastic ! Is it the best Burger in town?? Thats debatable but it is a really good fresh Burger.. Ive eaten here all my life And have one every few weeks . My personal favorite is the neapolitan shake its not on the menu but all of them have it

First time in California and delighted to discover that In-N-Out Burger lives up to the hype!Simple menu, fresh ingredients (watching them dice up and fry the potatoes is a kick) and clean, relaxed atmosphere made for a pleasant dining experience.Brittany and the rest of the staff who served us went above and beyond.This is the flagship store and you can tour a replica of the ORIGINAL In-N-Out Burger right across the highway🍔The only reason for the four star review is that we were traveling through with a small child and found no changing areas in the rest room.Definitely worth pulling off here for a quick bite. They even have a mercy store and some type of “university”/office building.

Food is great, line was ridiculously long. First time at this location. I didnt realize the line was around the corner and up a bush covered drive way.

While the menu hasnt changed and the food is still good, I do feel as if in some parts its lacking the in n out feeling. Their shakes while flavorful do need some time to thaw to be able to enjoy it without a spoon.

For being the original In-N-Out I was expecting top par service. What I actually encountered were team members who - back-to-back - asked how I was doing reactively and began their order spiel without even giving me a chance to reply or ask them how theyre doing.I know the name of the restaurant is In-N-Out, but this store definitely made me feel like they quickly wanted me in and out.Hoping this was a fluke. 3 stars until next time.

This is thee best location. Probably because its the University where they teaching folks how to make the food. Well done fries there are...nice and light brown with the right amount of crisp and salt in every bite!

A great location just off the freeway, but they are packed all the time, but they have external order takers to speed up the line. Every evening, the line wraps around the building at dinner time but it goes pretty fast, surprisingly.Their menu is so simple with few choices, allowing the staff to blast out the orders compared to fast food places like Micky Dees with so many more options.All their food is cooked fresh on the spot, including hand cutting the French fries themselves before your order, yielding that freshly cooked taste. The lettuce, onions and tomatoes are freshly cut as well and you can tell the difference from the restaurants that just pile the burgers wrapped in paper into their queue.

My family and I love the food but they always fail to get the coffee on time, today they took 30 minutes to get it to us, we had finished our meals.

In-N-Out is simply the best. I love their food and what they stand for.

My favorite In-N-Out in the area. You can sit down and enjoy your delicious meal indoor in their well-conditioned dining room or enjoy the Sun out in the outdoor dining area. Stop by the gift shop or gaze at the famous In-N-Out University just across the parking lot.

In and out University? Didnt know it was a thing lol. Anyways, super similar setup with the one in grand ave. When I came in, I was like, am I in grand ave? But hey, they we clean, quick, and professional. They kept the energy going and they welcomed everyone with their warm smile and so yea, still owning that in and out trade mark. They have outdoor seatings, but I wouldnt recommend using the drive thru. You got plenty of parking spots here, and getting your order to go might safe you some time then going for the drive thru.

Theyre able to make order suitable with my diet for low sodium burger and fries. Thank you.

In n Out never disappoints. It doesnt matter how you order your burger, its always amazing! We were there after 11 pm and the drive thru line was still long, but it moved quickly.

Late night drive thru. Food was very good.

This was one of the best in-n-out burgers I’ve ever had. The fries were so perfectly cooked, crispy yet somewhat soft. The food came out quickly and the drive thru line was very fast. Got a shake and a root beer and made my own root beer float. 10/10 would do again.

Quick service but the bathrooms were not clean and had toilet paper all over the floor. The place was busy but the restrooms had not been cleaned.

It was so nice to visit the original In N Out! They staff, as always, was super friendly. The service was super quick. We loved their outside wating area. It was very pretty and relaxing. We wish we wouldnt have visited on a Sunday though, visiting the corporate store would have been pretty great.

Check your orders! The past couple of times Ive gone through the drive through theyve got my order wrong...well the receipt will show what I ordered but my order will still be missing something. So annoying!! Especially after waiting on that long line to just get home and be disappointed.

Tried the double double animal style with fries done animal style also. This place may have been a little over rated to me but still a good burger. Need to try it again to really see. This location also has a merch store and is just down the street from the original in n out that you can tour.

Lousy! This is not the cheeseburger Im used to. Animal fries were awful. Lines were long in drive-thru, so we went in. Still took a long time. So disappointed with my order. Lettuce and tomatoes were old. Make a better cheeseburger and fries people! Its all you do!

The best burgers in the world. Better, by far, than Whataburger, White Castle, 5 Guys, or any other of the burger chains. IN-N-OUT is the ultimate in burgers. Fresh vegetables, crunchy bread, delicious meat superb cheese. What else can you ask for. I just ate a 4 x 4. The fries is one of the two best in the business. There are no words to describe its great combination of flavors.

Not my usual In-N-Out but the food here is consistently good. Ive been here a few times but spaced out with years in between. It is located next to their corporate office so that might be why.Anyways, I only went thru the drive thru and the staff was friendly as usual. But this location is ALWAYS packed!! The line is always long and it moved along pretty quick considering how long it was. But good spot to get your hamburger fix. And right off the freeway.
