Took forever I asked for hot cheetos with cheese the cheese was cold and was getting crowded only 2 servers

Good taste but very hot inside feels like the heater is on in there makes your ice cream melt so fast in there as soon as you get it starts dripping. Needs AC or better management around there

There is an older man with white hair working there that is horrible. First time we went he told us not to get close to te counter while another family had their kids all over the glass. Second visit he told us to get closer because we needed to be closer. I have been to this place for many years and so far this new employee its making me not wanna go back. I tought it was just me so first time I let it go. Second time my wife told me: what the hell is wrong with that guy he rushes you and seems frustrated when you make him bring you more stuff. So that how I knew it was not just me and decide to write this review. The ladies that worked there might have quit may be. I dont k ow but the guest service is in decline. Ill think about it in goign back and Ill pass the info to all my family. We sticked to this michoacana because their flavor and costumer service. But not any more.

Is good with the shaved ice desserts, well we say nieve raspada, they are good and I would like to they prepare more fresh fruits syrups for the shaved ace, ah! They have popsicles too and another kind of snacks, you need to come and see what you will have, mmm my mouth is watering only to think about what they sell and I would like to try next time 😊.

I obviously love the ice cream but there’s an older gentleman that’s rude and when he gives you the wrong ice cream he’ll say it’s the flavor you originally ordered. I rather go to the one on Maine instead

HelloI called today Jan 2 2018 about 8:50. I wanted to find out what was the closing time and about the type of ice cream since Ive never been to a La Michoacana ice cream shop before. The person who answered the phone spoke Spanish. I asked if someone spoke English, the female who answer the phone said no. I said.... Id need to ask some questions. She said... no, dont speak English and then she hung up on me in the middle of my question. My pet peeve isa when you go into a store and they cant even speak English. Why do they hire someone who cannot speak English... we are in America or at least I thought I was. Lost my business, I will never go there, should never hang up on a customer. I would have given it a -5 if I could have.

I got a bionic fruit and I notice the strawberry were not good like spoiled, I called them and let them know about what happen and the person only justified saying it was because of the wheather, I explain whoever make it has to notice about it and let the consumer know about the fruit is not fresh not a good experience 🙁

Awful place. I cant rate it any lower. The flavors tasted stale and old.

The icream is good one if the best, pricing is fair.They definitely need to work in their customer service. It is terrible. I brought my 2 daughters and 2 nieces, they were exited to see so many flavors. They all got icream cones. As soon as my daughter got her icream it fell on the floor. The attendant saw what happen I asked to replace the icream, she charged me for it. I didnt mind paying for it. Customer service definitely needs IMPROVEMENT!!! They do not great or smile at all.

Products and services great but the corn in grains they give you to take away in a plate covered with aluminum THEY DO NOT USE CONTAINERS TO TAKE !!! If you ask for a glass they charge you $ .35 plus the card fee ... apart from the prices are not so low !!!

They cheat with the name ... its like going to buy a brand shirt at the swap meet. The same design. But poor quality ... I was close to the city and decided to enter it is not the same as another Michocan ... smaller and more expensive amount ...
