They refused to let me activate a prepaid by blatantly lying to me, trying to manipulate me into a plan vs the prepaid that I asked for .. I left because I didn’t want to confront them with their extremely pushy behavior and blatant lies

The doctor checked my eyes super fast and my eye exam was less than 5 minutes I feel like she should have at least spent a little more time checking my eyes. Maybe check inside my eyes like my others doctors have. Plus I paid cash and it was very expensive for both eye exam and contact lenses exam.

Great experience at the doctor office.But the section they sell glasses at, the lady was lazy, didnt want to check what my insurance covers then was explaining my insurance benefits incorrectly. I left and bought glasses elsewhere.My mother usually has a good experience there with the staff, but the lady I encountered should probably be a greeter instead.

Bought this tv for layaway, took three trips to buy this tv. come to find out it had no remote. i got this of the shelf when i first got it brand new,unopened, and the day off the bottom of the tv box was open. customer service said i bought this the way it came. now i would of been just fine with it if some one told me i was buying a used tv with no remote. i couldve just got another one instead. wasted time, money, and sanity. there is more to this but i dont want to write a book on it. dont do layaway here go somewhere else.

Wish I can but no stars....The Optomitry’s is the most dumbest place ever their where two heavy set girls one by the name or NANCY ( has half hair and half no hair and her top her is blond) and one with LONG BLACK HAIR hat helped me when I need to buy frames for my daughter I just need to buy frames since the prescription was the same but these IDIOTS told me they don’t see my daughters file and I don’t get my eye exam done their and they told me I need to see the doctor told them I just need the frames and they said oh we don’t have the frames here you need to go to LA MIRADA to go look for the frames since it’s an outlet of glasses their their IDIOTS lazy as people don’t if they don’t like their dam job they should look for something else to do another job this is so stupid horrible customer service and they were SUPER GETHO AF... don’t go these women are not helpful

Love Dr. Kims office and staff at Vision Center are very nice. Just wish the Vision center hours were earlier on Saturday for glasses pick up.
