I am new to the area and have stopped in out of curiosity and I am very impressed with their goods. Yesterday I picked up a pound of Al Pastor and I think I found what I remember as the best tacos Al Pastor I had as a child. Their cuts of meat are always beautiful! And they have really fun staples, even frijoles de la olla in deli containers, ready in a pinch! This is my Al Pastor salad.
