My mother in law purchased a Blue Ridge comforter from Kohls. I discovered that it was defective. It was shedding down with no visible tears. I contacted Blue Ridge and after filling out a form, they sent me a replacement that doesnt shed! A+ for customer service!

We had a problem with a down comforter. Blue Ridge Home fashions went above and beyond to rectify the situation. It is so good to be dealing with an American Company and not just some internet address. These are good people making a great product...and they stand behind it.

Purchased a White Goose Down Comforter from Macy’s back in November 2018 but did not use it until April. A month after it being on my bed it started leaking little feather fibers everywhere. I looked for my purchasing receipt and contacted Macy’s. Unfortunately they have a 180 day return policy and I missed it by 2 months. They told me to contact the manufacturer directly and gave me the number. Jolene answered when I called and once I explained what was going on she walked me through the process of sending her a detailed description and photos of the problem. It was 2 days before the 4th of July so I knew not to expect anything too quickly with a holiday. Well exactly one week later I am outside sweeping my front porch and a UPS truck pulls up in front of my house. He jokingly says while handing me the package, “Is someone getting a new pillow?” I shrugged my shoulders knowing I hadn’t ordered anything and when I looked it was from Blue Ridge. I got the biggest smile on my face and couldn’t wait to come inside and replace the old one with the new, then immediately after email Jolene thanking her for the quick replacement and amazing customer service. Definitely will purchase their products again with the service I received.

I showed up 30 minutes late but was still given a dock and loaded in less than 2 hours. The dock is a very tight back and nearly impossible if other trucks are surrounding your assigned dock. No pull up room at all. They do seem to be accepting of drivers having difficulty parking here though. One driver tried for about 15 minutes before he gave up. They told him they would finish up the trucks around his dock and when they left he could then back in. Overall nice customer. Seems like there might be some space for overnight parking if youre willing to move when other drivers need doors.

Shady company. Poor quality product, customer service promises one thing and then retracts their promise. Do not waste your money on this substandard product.
