AutoZone has this engine check fix thing that when your check engine light come on ask for that (No sure of that is actually what the name is) and you ask for it and you plug it into your car and it reads what the issue is anyway I saw the manager and I asked before he said sure no problem you said go ahead and brought it back in and connected it for me and read to me and then said that this is something that I could fix myself it was really really simple so I appreciate him showing me what the issue was and explain it to me that if I wanted to save money and who doesnt the problem is very very fixable myself which it was so I appreciate the manager and the customer service thank you

I been in better service auto zones the cashier wasnt there about 5 minutes I had to wait for him to charge me

Ive been doing service with auto zone for 25 years. Great help today like always. Only thing I dont like is pay now. I used to call and ask for anything. No problem mr Booker. And now you have to pay upfront. No trust in lifetime customers. Not a way to run a business.

Well I was having problems with my key remote control.. was the battery so I stop by the Auto zone and I like it. Theres so many things everything very organize and very clean. I went aisle by aisle and wow... good prices and good quality. Of course is not like if youre buying snap on tools but theres good. From car freshener to ratchets, car oil, everything.

Service is quick.. Miguel always get my right parts never have a problem

I dont come here often but Im happy when I do. The staff is always helpful, whether its for detail supplies, light bulbs or everything in between.Yesterday I had trouble replacing my headlight bulb. I was getting very frustrated so I returned and ALFRED jumped in to help. He didnt hesitate nor did he complain about the challenge. Thanks a lot bro

Staff is helpful but wait time can be long when only one cashier is working.

They have almost everything you need for your car, but a little pricey sometimes. But shopping there saves a lot time.

I needed a battery and robert helped me putting my battery in my car when the francisco store they cant do it the staff was friendly everyone seemed happy to be at work

This is the best AutoZone Ive ever been to. The employees are so helpful and will even help you with minor work such as changing wiper blades etc. My dad has been coming here for years and only comes to this store due to the excellent value added service provided by the employees. This location provides great customer service not merely a place to buy parts. Customer Service is what builds your business, more locations should model themselves after this one.

As usual, everything was pretty easy to locate in the store. The after was friendly and helpful. This is only one of a few times Ive gone so a 5th star is yet to be seen. If it continues to be friendly and helpful, that 5th start is coming up!

Love this place if you have to be here. They are super friendly and super knowledgeable. They made it comfortable.

They like to close early at least 15 before the time on their door. I got to the store at 10:50 Just to exchange a part and the manager said they had closed the register at 10:45, when they are supposed to close at 11 pm....

Girls here are so helpful and nice. They answer all the questions and theyre really patient when you try to explain a problem

People are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part but on weekend or if they get some sort of rush it can take up to 20 mins just to buy something or get a part..ive been there when there are 2 people behind the counter and 10-15 people just waiting in line.

I usually get a five dollar coupon every time I spend more than $35. So heads up, just text Auto to 74713 and they send you a link.

I cringe everytime I need to replace a worn out part. They treat customers bad. God forbid if I have to return a part because they like to decline a refund , ignoring their return policy.

Left a battery today from a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Picked it up to find out they didnt even charge it. Old man at the front desk was acting like an a hole and now they are putting me on hold or not answering the phone. Please fire this man today.

Excellent place for auto parts

Fortunately, there was no long waiting line that they are used to letting accumulate. Its stressful to watch employees act sneaky when the line is huge. I dont see the cause of having to wait so long to bring them our money, when there are other auto parts. Perhaps for being the closest to our home.
