Worst Sally’s ever! They seriously need to the short black and grey haired Hispanic chick! She’s rude! Has no patience! Not the first time she gives hell. Had a store pick up, had the confirmation email, ID confirmation number everything set! She still wouldn’t give me the items because the email had to be under my name?! It’s my damn email everything In the email corresponds to what’s on the order it my personal email was the issue?! She finds any reason to be so unhelpful! Seriously this Sally’s needs to get rid of her!

I don’t appreciate not letting me use my rewards certificates when the Sally’s app says you can use multiple rewards on a transaction! Making up your own rules is not cool!

Hardly ever stocked and prices arent on all their items

I have been on a blonde kick lately with that being said you know Im in here often. The store is cleaned stock with all I need. Love the specials and the ION totes. I diffidently get my points worth.

Me and my wife were buying products from this sallys and we noticed 3 employee were standing around us watching r every move even when we were checking out one of them stood at the door and watched us until we paid (200.00) i will never come to this one ever again rude and unprofessional need new employees the only employee i like at the store is the older African American women shes really nice and helpful

I was pleased with their mens hair care selection. They are one of the few places that carry a wide range of facial hair products.

I understand that workers want to protect thier store from thieves, but following someone around to every isle they go to and staring at them is not the way to go
