They told me the repairs I needed would make my vehicle safer to drive!! I appreciated that cause I did let the repairs go to long.

My son and I were on I-20 when we heard an unusual noice from the car. We took the first exit and found the alternator belt was shredding. We found the nearest mechanic. Miguel and the rest of the staff were very helpful. They had us back on the road in a couple of hours. Thank you! Our vacation was great!

Very knowledgeable. Went in for a alignment and before they could do it they called me up and told me upfront what needs to be done and replaced before the aligning. Needed parts replaced and a couple parts were worn out . Truth hurts sometimes but you better be safe then sorry . I respect the honesty . Great work overall turn around time was on point . Rides good thank you Santos. First time but definitely will be back .

Had my car towed through them aranged by AAA but Ive been a customer before and had tire work done. This place has a great reputation and balch springs is lucky to have them.Regrettably today they werent fast enough and I was cheated by Sunnyvale police department and their towing guys but I know Santos is the best so I figured Id leave them a good review after freaking with the criminals.

I had started repair job that they completely over charges me for. It normally would cost in total $230 repair, but from these guys ended up total charge of $450. What a scam. Never recommend these guys.

I’m new to the area and had a problem with two my rims on my car. I took a vacation and someone in the family(?) used my car while I was gone. They managed to damage two rims by running up on a curb (at least that’s what it looked like to me). Santos was recommended to me and I was extremely pleased with their service. They managed to get the rims repaired, put the tires back on and did it in a day! The cost was extremely reasonable, as well. I will definitely use them again for any additional repairs to my car. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Santos!!

Had to get a device installed. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I live right down the road and they will now be my go to for any auto related services in addition to why I had to go there in the first place. Great shop!9/17/2020 Update: I had to call several times to work out some issues with my device. Every time I called, the woman who answered was patient, polite, and extremely helpful. The device I had to get installed a month ago drained my car battery (apparently not using it screws you over). My husband left work to give me a jump so I could get to the shop. I was in and out, so very quick service! They then had to charge my battery so I could get home and did not charge me for it. I didnt catch the guys name but he was very friendly, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He advised me to drive for a bit so I did. Things are rough for me right now and I dread having to leave my house, but going to this shop is a positive experience every time. That goes a long way!

Just happen to be passing looking for another facility to replace my donut (spare) to repair my tire. Find out it was my stem that needed to be replaced. It was fast, reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly. I will keep this facility in my back pocket. Oh, yea I forgot, they are AAA associated so ask about those rates too.

Unreasonablely high in price. and the person I talked to was kinda rude.

Over charged my wife just to check out her car. They charged her for a computer diagnostic test when nothing was done. It was charged twice. I went to the shop to get copy of diagnostic test and they had nothing to show. I do not recommend. They take advantage of woman who have no clue about vehicles. Not trust worthy at all.

Got my headlight fixed it only took 15 minutes.

For the amount of work they did on my car, I was shocked at the price. They went above and beyond. They fixed issues that I had no clue about and didn’t even charge me. I will be looking forward to doing more business with them in the near future.
