Almost every Discount Tire experience I have had has been excellent and this location was great as well. I lost my front left tire just before the LBJ exit for this location and limped in on a run flat. The staff is excellent! They did not have a tire for me but installed a loaner and had my new tires in the next morning. Great advice, super helpful, and good prices. I only buy tires from Discount Tires and this was yet another great example of why.

I loved the fact they fixed my tire for free. I didnt like it when the guy working tried to sell me new tires before addressing the reason why I came in the first place. Why did my tire have a slow leak?

Definitely get by discount tires they are a little expensive but they have so much to offer you besides just buying tires once you purchase them the warranty is great and you can get free air tire adjustments and sports ergo its just an all-around friendly place go by then get you some tires and quit buying these May pops on the side of the road that they have on every counter

Had a screw and a nail in my tire. Tires are under warranty so that was nice it didnt cost me a penny. They checked and put air in tires that was low. They are friendly.

Ive been here a few times sometimes its smooth sometimes not much. They used to air my tires up to the pressure theyre supposed to be at bit the few times Ive gone they havent done so. So When I went to quick trip to do it myself I was very upset when I saw they took my air cap and didnt put it back or at least given me mine so I could put it back.. highly disappointed..

For repairs and services on a flat tire today its a definite 5 star. But employees in work station not wearing masks which is understandable if hot in station, but these staff are approaching customers and getting into cars without masks which is not proper covid protocol. Several customers I noticed today were elderly 60-70 ages. Please wear masks when approaching or getting into customer vehicles. Thanks

Discount tire service is really good. The one problem I have is thst every time I go the tech never tightens the stem cap right and the caps fall off when I drive away. Its not a big thing and the caps are cheap but it is very inconvenient especially when I have asked them to make sure they tighten them.

Yes, they are good, you buy a rim and a tire and tire has a lifetime warranty you only have to buy a rim if it gets damaged. That goes for all your other tires as well. Including your spare.

First, it took so long for us to be serviced. We were told there were three cars ahead of us and it took 2 in a half hours. Second, there were staff walking around without a mask going up to cars and talking to customers. If you don’t value your own life that’s your issue but don’t in danger the customers. Even the manager walked with no mask one!

Always willing to check my vehicles tires

I have used Discount Tire to patch a tire before but this time was more of a sales pitch rather than helping somebody that lives 2 hours away. Didnt have a used tire in case the hole was bigger than 1/4 of an inch, according to their standards. Thet wanted to sell me a tire that cost more than what I have on. My tire is under road hazard warranty with Walmart, but they are all closed. They didnt even have my tire in stock. I know that theyll patch the tires for free, but I would have paid for this one, but I couldnt take a chance of being stranded once they took the tire apart, they would have really tried to sell me a new tire which I did not need, nor had the money for right now. So I went down to Valencias Tire shop 1 mile west of them and he repaired it for ten bucks and did a great job. Valencia tires knows what theyre doing! Save the hassle and pay for a patch. Discount Tire also wont patch if your tire tread is not by standards. Mom and Pop places need the money anyways. He also had a good amount of new tires.

Came here to get some new tires on my car. Waited in this lane that says, check in here. Waited for about 20-25 minutes no service, nothing. Guy came out to talk to me finally, during which a vehicle pulls behind me. We talk for less than 60 seconds. After which he walks directly behind my vehicle to talk to the guy in the vehicle who just pulled up. I drive a $1,500 beat up car, guy behind me was in a $70,000 truck. Give or take about $10,000. I was irritated about having to wait for service while the guy behind me received immediate service. When I asked the guy why I had to wait 20-25 minutes and the other guy received immediate service, I was told, Oh, well I didnt want to be rude. So I guess it wasnt rude making me wait or I guess my time doesnt matter when compared to someone in a more expensive vehicle? Idk. Either way Im not impressed. The guy was very apologetic but either way the whole situation left me feeling like a second rate human being and thats no fun Im just trying to get tires like everyone else.

My tire burst on my way to the airport and they were able to get me in to have it fixed asap despite the long wait. I really appreciated their promptness in the matter and I also appreciated that they were able to understand the urgency in my situation. I will ALWAYS use discount tire. I had a horrible experience at the Balch Springs location on Lake June road!!! I had a nail/screw in one of my tires, and the guys ( more than one told me) it would be no problem to get it fixed at no cost. I wouldnt have had a problem paying for the repairs, but one of the men told me they would do it at no cost. After sitting in the waiting room for nearly 2 HOURS, and being approached about every 20 minutes with them telling me I need all new tires they told me my car was ready. I told them i did not have the money to replace all 4 tires at that time, and would come back when I could. I got in my car and the low tire pressure light was still on. They told me it would go off in a little while. It never did, and a week later I had all 4 tires replaced at a different shop all together. The new tire shop told me, oh by the way you had a nail in your tire. The same tire that Discount Tires said they fixed for me!!! So dishonest and deceitful. Do not trust them!!!!!!😡 They only want to try to convince you to purchase new tires!!

I went I was there maybe 25 minutes they rotated the tires and fixed the nail in the one tire. I was really impressed,normally I dont like you wanted this one on lake June in Balch Springs. Today was exceptional they went above and beyond.

I always buy my tires from discount and you have to get the road hazard. I think its an extra $15 and it is well worth it. cant tell you how many times I have had a flat tire and didnt have to pay for another one because I have road hazard. The staff there are so great to they dont give you any kind of trouble they just put it on for you and move on. I love it! Ive been buying my tires there for 20 years

Excellent service from Juan and his team. Not only did they patch 3 of my tires that had nail holes but they quickly replaced a tire later that day that wasnt holding air.I would highly recommend this location as an alternative to busy locations in Mesquite and Dallas.

I have never had any issues with Discount Tire. By far the most friendly service around. I had a nail in a sidewall in one of my tires, so of course I needed a new one. I had just bought the car about 6 months prior. They offered to put a warranty on all of my tires even though they didnt sell them to me. Warranty was very reasonably priced compare to having to buy a new tire if something else happens.

The customer service here is outstanding. They had me in and out in less than an hour and they gave me an awesome price on my tires. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Cornell always takes care of me and helps pick the best tires for my car. The rest of the staff is great also and never have to wait long, everyone working is always getting customers in and out quick.

I was looking for a tire rotation and I was told they were unable to rotate them because the tires had a low tread. I find this peculiar because my truck had just been inspected 2 days ago and the state inspection center said they were fine. I guess the state isnt in the business of selling tires and discount tire has a motive. Please beware of this when seeking to get your tires rotated, The SALESMAN was promoting he was looking out for my safety and best interest but we all know better. He was looking out for discount tires bottom line. Thanks
