Although I will say they are helpful and polite inside the store, I’m rating them a 2 because they promised a part that I ordered almost a month ago would only take 7-10 days to come in. It has now been over 25 days and it’s still not in stock. I finally decided to order it on amazon and I will get it tomorrow.

The worker said to excuse the store because they were cleaning & sanitizing instruments for the school however everything looked neat and in place to me. They were very polite & helpful as I called a few days ago to have them set aside a Penrose cello bow 4/4. I will be going back for all of my sons instrumental necessities.

First time in store. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Will definitely be continuing business there.😊🎶👌

Customer service is great. They’re experts so whatever you’re asking they know what you need. They’re all very professional, courteous, and most of all attentive. I had came in for my daughter to get her very first violin. They explained all the necessities she needed required for her school specifically. They weren’t trying to sell more than what was needed. They’re overall hands down a go to place. Love it!

They were good when they first opened in Bakersfield. Now... After nearly 4 months of waiting, half of my instrument repairs are coming back. Great company as long as you arent expecting anything timely.

Ive been taking lesson here for at least 5 years, have gotten various instrument repairs, purchased supplies, and rented many instruments. They have great customer service, great prices, and an all together musically inspiring environment.
