Olive Drive Self Storage is awesome. I have used Storage there for over a year and I always feel secure when I visit my unit. After a recent dust storm my lock wouldnt open and an employee assisted me right away in cleaning the lock so I could get it open. Great service, secure and a clean space. I highly recommend.

The lady in the front office with the short hair was extremely helpful and very nice. She made both getting a unit and closing it out fast and easy . I have had a unit at another company and I would say my experience was not as great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and if I ever need a unit again I will return. The young lady at the front for sure needs to be praised on how well she handles customers , you are lucky to have her

They run a great storage center. Good rates and the best kind of customer service and experiences!! When we need storage again in Bakersfield we’ll come here & recommend others to rent space as well

Nice folks and a fair price. Its possible Ive just been extremely unlucky in my timing, but when I did stop in to speak with someone I often had trouble finding a time where the little Be back in an hour sign wasnt there.But again that could just be bad timing and Ill not dock them stars for it.Id honestly have stayed with them but Circumstances caused me to lose my home and I needed a larger unit IMMEDIATELY to store my stuff, and at the time they had nothing available.

My family was sick and dying I emailed the facility stating I had been in hospital and with my dying family witch is y I havent been in town or able to pay yet and my stuff was auctioned off Im so upset all my babies newborn stuff everything important to me was gone and everything we owned

Above and beyond service. I was behind on payments due to losing my job from severe medical issues and my storage unit at Olive Drive contained all of my family’s memories and belongings. My unit was scheduled to be auctioned and I thought I was going to lose everything. I spoke to management which was very professional and polite. They allowed me to come get all of my belongings from the unit and I am forever grateful for their understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

Best storage facility Ive used, safe and affordable. Friendly and helpful staff, Jaime, Kerston, and Kimberly all were kind and pleasant. Could add a sanitary napkin dispenser in the restroom, but everything else is amazing. Thank you for helping me through a difficult period of time. Would recommend to anyone in need of a storage.

The best storage place I have rented from. Good prices. Very clean. Awesome staff. The doors on the storage units are sealed well. No dust gets in. The last place I was at had so much dust in it my things should have just been left outside.

Olive Drive Self Storage has always been a good experience!

Security is great here and they seem to keep up on Pest Control and keeping people out that dont belong there. My only issue with this place is that they dont allow entry after 7 p.m. or before 7 a.m. but Im sure thats part of the security that Im enjoying as well. If I could give a four and a half Stars I would.

Clean and friendly facility. Seems secure. Ive got a car stored in a unit here and Im surprised how little dust gets in the unit (in dusty Bakersfield) my 5X8 interior unit in Ventura accumulates much more dust! The two employees Ive dealt with several times, Jessica and Jamei, have been very polite, helpful and professional. A nice change from my Ventura facility.

A medium sized animal scratched up my Airstream and tore my tire cover. Left messages for owner, Kyle Carter, to call me regarding this incident but I havent recd a call. They have traps out but they have deferred from using it.
