Customer service is excellent. I have ordered multiple pumps and vibration monitoring devices from R.F. MacDonald. The representative I worked with quickly processed my order and was able to expedite the delivery date of the equipment. If something ever went wrong, R.F. MacDonald understood the situation and made it right.I have enjoyed working with my sales representative and trust them for delivering quality products, at reasonable prices, on time.
