I see a lot of negative reviews (i wonder how many stars these bad reviewers would be getting cause Im sure they are flawless customers lol) but dont let that deter you. Its a nice spot with good treats. I recommend you try it yourself over listening to some of these Karen Reviews.Also there is not much room to dine in so to go is ideal.English and Spanish speaking are welcome.

Horrible customer service the dark over weight Mexican ugly paisa chick cashier working here is super rude and stingy with the ice cream scoops not worth the money. Fix your attitude bi.tch. she should be fired. I recommend no one comes here try the Michoacana plus they have quality ice cream and customer service unlike this place.

I told 2 ladies over 3 times I wanted 2 small cups of ice cream and I told one of them two times the flavors then she gave me the wrong flavor on one of them. On top of that they gave me bubblegum which had bubblegum balls on the bottom which was also a choking hazard for my 1 year old. Which tasted like throw up I threw it out.

Rotten fruit!!! They dont ask you if you want that bobba stuff in a smoothie, they just assumed we did, and wouldnt correct the order,, soggy fruit, no lids but we got aluminum foil for a lid lol ,they denied us a refund and we were forced to take the wrong orders!!! Bothe the kid and dark lady were fuming out the ears and eyes !!!! We shall never give them our business again,, dont go there !!!

I love this place!! I have been going here for a few years. The staff is always very nice and they have good food. I personally always get a taro boba. The place is also very close to my house. Would recommend.

I came here a while ago and had a terrible experience. One lady was extremely rude. I asked her what flavor a certain type of ice cream was, and she refused to answer me. Then, she proceeded to show lots of attitude and she even my order wrong. The ice cream also tasted quite strange. I will not be returning to this place and I do not recommend going.

The lady that attended us was so rude!! We had told her she messed up our order and told her kindly about it and than she goes off on us talking about “no I wrote it down that’s not what you ordered” like ma’am I wouldn’t tell you that you got it wrong IF YOU DIDNT GET IT WRONG!! never coming back

Very bad customer service! The lady who took our order was very unprofessional and rude. I asked about an item on the menu and she gave me a rude responsé. Ended up ordering a banana split that wasn’t all that good and it was highly overpriced, not to mention the waiting time for not being pack was ridiculous. Never coming back to this place for sure.

I bought a tostilico and after ingot home and started digging i noticed they didnt put mango or jicama.. They didnt even tell me they didnt have any. As i got to the end it started tasting like dirt. I called to complain but no answer. They have faster service than last time i was there but now its like theyre expensive and their quality sucks.

Ordered some boba and they did not taste like the flavors I got. Very sweet, milky and unauthentic. The coco and the taro are the ones I got. The diablitos are not so good either.

Flores ice cream truck driver drives down my street and flips me the middle finger. Rude and annoying. Some one needs to stop this guy. Thats why people keep getting sick.

My wife ordered some fruit but she was not familiar with the taste of sauce (chamoy) so she did not like it.Given to their distance to the mall, their prices are a little higher than similar places around town (east side in specific)
