Veterans are treated as Veterans should be. Very friendly very respectful. Dr went over everything and explained to me in detail what it all means. As a Veteran here in Bakersfield, I feel there are very few medical offices where you are treated with respect and friendliness. ACTIVE HEARING 👂 is 10 star. In top civilian medical visits Ive been to in town. The VA clinic is great 👍 but when appointments needed outside VA clinic I always cringe because VERY few civilian med offices treat me as good as the VA customer service. ACTIVE HEARING made me feel very comfortable. Whole staff is very knowledgeable and deal mostly with our local Veterans. Thank you all!
