The one and only call I’ve made to Carrara Marble & Granite was the worse call any customer can make. First, a man answered saying “hello” not answering with the company name. Okay, no worries there but his tone of voice seemed extremely rude so I ask him if I was calling the right place where they do granite and his response was nothing but pure rudeness. In his exact words was “what do I want” I am all over the place” yeah I do granite” who are you trying to call”. With the deep tone in his voice got me to also respond with loudness and let him know how I felt. To anyone who may be interested in kitchen work, I would strongly consider not to even attempt to call or do business with this guy. If that’s how he treats a potential customer over the phone, I hate to see how he treats actual customers. Good luck everyone!
