Hands down the best place to buy cubes of any kind, I used to buy from amazon, but the cubes were always $3-6 more expensive than they are here and the shipping and experience were horrible, I was trying to buy a 7x7 and it came broken (from amazon) twice (also arriving 3+ days late both times), then I gave up and remembered about a little website I’d heard about from Jperm’s video (Speedcubeshop.com, this site) and the rest is history. My packages always arrive in 2-4 days and I’ve never had a faulty cube. Truly amazing. This site is a godsend, Big thanks to everyone on the team.

Absolutely amazing! The cubes come fast, in good quality (usually) and work amazing! The only problems Ive had is with 2 cubes Ive ordered but I emailed them about it and they were insanely kind, and either sent me a new one, or gave me a refund :) 5/5 stars.

All in all the products I’ve received were all great in terms of quality and over all use. The owner, Cameron , was super cool and even helped pick out the right cube for me. This is a company that has some amazing customer service and I say that because he even responded to me at 5 am when I had gotten up for work. We purchased a cube for our son. The receipt and tracking information was provided very quickly. Then there were subsequent issues with a missing delivery and USPS dropping the ball. However, the vendor eventually took the appropriate action to set everything right. We received the cube (which is fabulous) are we very happy with the outcome. First review I’ve ever left. The service on this site is so exceptional that I felt compelled to give them the credit they deserve. After I purchased something for the first time, I received an automated email telling me to just ask if I had any questions about anything pertaining to cubing. I responded to the email with a question that didn’t relate to their products at all, it was a question about the best way to commit algorithms to memory, not only did I receive a reply quickly, it was an actual person. They answered my question in a satisfactory way. The cherry on top was this was Sunday, and I didn’t expect anyone to answer my email until Monday.Also, their offering of products is top-notch, they have every cubing product you could possibly want. Cubes of varying budgets, every type of cube lube, also setup and customization services for every cube you may buy from them.They also have a TON of useful information on their site and on all their product’s pages detailing that product and others like it. They give the consumer all the information they need to make an informed purchase, which I’d say might be my favorite thing about the site. They do business in an extremely honest and ethical fashion.Lastly, they sponsor people often, giving back to the community that they are apart of, which makes sense, but so many other companies don’t get that.Overall, this site is one of the few that I can rate 5 stars with no misgiving at all, I can’t think of a single thing they could do to make the experience better for the consumer, bravo SpeedCubeShop.

Bought $15 mystery puzzle. Shipping was super fast and cube was of great quality. Just bummed that we ended up with a basic 3x3. My little cube dude already has a ton of 3x3 cubes. The novelty of the surprise was still fun though and he was satisfied with his cube so thats what really counts. Will probably buy more cubes and puzzles from here.

I was very pleased with my recent order. I actually placed two orders at the same time.. One with speed cube shop.com and one with the Cubicle. I requested special work to be done on two of my cubes that I had ordered from SpeedCubeShop. Which they did a great job. Unfortunately I was forced into placing two orders one with the cubicle. Because there were some cubes that they had that speed cube shop didnt carry. Both orders qualified for expedited shipping. Speed cube shop used FedEx and despite the fact that they had to do work on two of the cubes and took an extra day to send it out I received it on time very good SpeedCubeShop BIG THANK YOU !. Can’t say the same for cubicle they used USPS expedited shipping I received it a week and a half later and no special work was even requested. Got to give it to speed cube shop.com I just wish they carried more cubes so I wouldn’t have to deal with cubicle.

Great cube, little scratchy out of box, but nothing that can’t we fixed with a little lube and breaking in. It’s my favorite cube to date, and feels like it’s turning on air. Corner cutting is great, and there are many different setting of adjustment. It’s definitely a unique feel, and not in a bad way. Easily recommend this cube.

Have an issue with local customs regarding some products but the Customer service its more than helpful: they assist you all the way through. My son loves this cube. Weve had other speed cubes, but this is the best. Smooth, light, and the magnetism to lock it in is cool. Fast shipping, too. Even I like the cube. Probably cut down my time to solve by 15 seconds. Now it only takes me 1:45. LOL

I really enjoy this cube. It is very butter smooth for me so far. I dont have any lockups and my solving speed as improved. I am still new at this so it will take some practice. Overall, the cube is very nice and I highly recommend this to newbies.

The cube is very smooth and the corner cutting is perfect. I shaved off at least 30 seconds from my original PB. It helped me a lot and I love that you can change the magnetism. Also it came real fast and great condition.This cube is buttery smooth. It turns with ease. The magnet changing system helps make it more stable and less stable. The quality of the cube overall is very luxurious and I would recommend it for other cubers.

My sons 9x9 arrived quickly and turns well. He said that its fun to solve. The only problem that he had was that a few of the tiles pop off, so he had to glue them in place. Other than that issue he was happy with his 9x9.

I absolutely love SpeedCubeShop they usually get the puzzle to you fast and in great condition, have never received a broken puzzle or one that was damaged in any way, but with SpeedCubeShop actually having really good contact with users, they would likely send me a replacement. The only issue I have had is one very recently and it’s not even something they can fix, it’s that when FedEx received the package (despite me getting notified by them it was shipping) did not update. This must be an issue on FedEx’s part so I don’t blame SpeedCubeShop at all. Love you guys and keep making it easy to get amazing puzzles!

Do I ordered the Qiyi Ms speed cube and I paid for first class shipping so it would arrive in 3 days and it has been 12 days since I ordered it, still hasn’t arrived. I ordered this budget cube because I heard it was good for the price and was excited so I went with the faster option. The shipping was a waste of money.

This store always ships the same day you order, and only sells quality cubes and puzzles. I would advise them over any other cube store.

Great company and website. Good with communication on my orders status and I have never received a damaged or incorrect package. Cube was just as expected. My son loves it. Shipping time couldve been better. Not completely the companies fault, because I know USPS is part of the issue, but as far as the company goes, the shipping label was created but it took about a day and a half for it to get to the facility to begin shipping process. Not such a big deal for me as an adult, but when its my sons purchase and hes the one stalking the shipping and getting impatient its discouraging to see that its not going anywhere for so long. Thats all. Product itself was just as it should be!

Im super impressed with SpeedCubeShop. Cameron reaches out to his customers personally and Alex from customer service has been really responsive and helpful. We even received a personal thank you note from Cameron. Quite honestly I dont know anything about cubes (they are for my son!), so cant comment on the product (Ill ask my son to do that later), but Ive been in business for over 20 years and the approach and customer care and attention of Cameron and team is among the best Ive ever seen - I mean that. The cube collapsed into a pile of small pieces after first few turns. Customer service claimed it’s normal especially for new cubes and there is no warranty on this because they didn’t manufacture the parts and all the tiny pieces are still in good shape. Recommend to avoid if possible. It’s clearly quality control issue to me. Especially normal for new cubes? Why don’t you just sell a pile of tiny parts as in lego box? I’d appreciate that!

The product was awesome and everything was perfect it did take a while but that was cause it was out of stock. The customer service was so good and the only negative was off how lubricated out was but it was no problem. Love the product and price and would recommend to all my friends.
