I did a small order of business cards for a different purpose. I designed it originally and they got back to me that the imaging would be low quality. I made some changes and redesigned. They verified the new design and had them in a week (I was not in any rush). The price is perfect for the product. However, the shipping is expensive. I would use them again if shipping were much lower. My order would have fit in the USPS prepaid shipping envelop for about $5. Instead it came UPS for about $15. I guess for the limited amount I would do it for, it is not bad. But at that extra shipping price, it is no longer dirt cheap.

This is my preferred place to print. They are fast and have great prices. I highly recommend them boo Master where you are in the US.

I would give a 5 star review except for the fact that out of more than 100,000 business cards, probably 50 to 100 were noticeably off center, otherwise they were fast, professional, quick response and good quality. I would definitely use them again.

The Friday before Christmas 5 sets of 1000 business cards each were cut from the wrong direction!!! The edges looked horrible and I couldnt possibly charge my client for them. They actually owned up to the mistake and sent me 5 new sets cut correctly. I will use them for all client projects in the future because of how they handled this situation. I hope they keep sticking to these principles in the future.

Budget cards = amazing!Being on a budget, I got the cheapest business cards I could and they turned out amazing. The price was very affordable, the card stock was heavy and just what I needed to hang my earrings on, the printing was crisp and very clear, and everything was exactly how I wanted it.

After multiple attempts from another company and being let down. I found Print Dirt Cheap by reading reviews in Google. I was looking for my first Spot UV Card. I have decent design knowledge but they helped me get the UV mask exactly how it needs to be! They were extremely helpful throughout the design process. I didn’t have to pay extra either since I was doing the designing. They were more than happy to let me know what to do though which is what I was looking for! My Spot UV Cards turned out amazing! I sent them the back cover and they gave me a preview of the whole thing and asked if they were set to print. I confirmed and it only took like 3 or 4 days to get shipped to me. I was looking for an economical way to print my business cards, but still would allow me to upload my own design. PrintDirtCheap gave me a great price. We hit a few snags along the way, but at every turn their customer service was SO AWESOME . For example, the artwork that I uploaded turned out to be a bit fuzzy but they were able to tweak it on their end back to a crisp look. There was also a mix-up because I did not reply to a second approval they required on the artwork- BUT they graciously overnight shipped it to make up for lost time I recommend this business and will use them again.

I made church invites and sent the pics in to be printed, and instead of sending me something i would be unhappy with, they took the time to email me and let me know some things I may want to fix before printing so that it would be top quality. I recently had the need to make some CD inserts for a project and I am not technologically challenged as a preface. I really enjoyed using their web based editor for the project. Its slightly convoluted to save your designs but other than that the editor has some very nice tools and it works much better than any freeware out there.In terms of customer service I ran into two separate occasions where I needed to reach out, one for a technical issue on my part, and another for a misspelling after Id paid for my order. I highly encourage doing the proof with them. I noted my error on the proof and their customer support corrected my misspelling, adjusted some areas on my proof I noted of concern, and turned my order around on schedule.I made the process stressful and they totally alleviated it and their chat support is 2nd to none if you have any questions/concerns. Only negative I had with them is no weekend support but during the week its top notch and I never had to wait to get someone in fluent English. Great service and if I need to do something again I will for sure go with them again and I never felt like their prices are out of this world. Give them a shot they are a legit thing. And im not a current / ex / related employee. Not even in same part of country :)

I placed test orders with 6 different inexpensive printers for a big project which contained 88 different designs, with between 5000 and 20000 cards needing to be printed of each type. Out of the 6 printers Print Dirt Cheap had the best paper stock, finish, and printing quality. They also offered the BEST customer service I have ever received from a print shop. They contacted me when I submitted the sample order asking questions to make sure some of the things in my file were correct, then made a change for me at no charge to fix the bleed around the edge. When I ran my large order with all the designs after the test printing, they caught things I missed in 3 of the cards and didnt just print it without reaching out, saving me hundreds of dollars I would have had to spend to redo and reprint them. Their knowledge and communication is fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. They have earned my lifelong business not just for these cards but for all of my printing needs. Those that know me will tell you that is a VERY difficult thing to do, and Print Dirt Cheap has succeeded in making me a lifelong customer.

I ordered 2500 club flyers and was understandably nervous about ordering due to the lack of proof available without paying a fee. I decided to take a chance, downloaded their template and pasted my already created design on top of it and saved that image. After placing my order, I received an email the very next day from a representative from Print Dirt Cheap who let me know that the resolution on my image was a bit blurry and asked if I still wanted it printed that way, or if I wanted to attach a different image to her email. I was surprised but very grateful to receive the email and was able to send her a corrected resolution image (in PDF instead of JPEG). I received my flyers a week earlier than estimated and they are, no joke, the best quality flyers Ive gotten for my business (and Ive ordered from many other companies already - including Vista Print). Theyre on thick quality paper, sharp, bright, colorful and crisp image. I highly recommend Print Dirt Cheap and plan to order from them in the future for all of my businesses advertising needs!
