Want to waisted time go there, I checked in had 1 guy in front of me, 1 hour later after several employees were just walking around only 3 were doing anything, the people who came in after me left , finally I got my $1000 new phone. But they didnt help to set it up just gave me a cheat sheet to do it my self, really come on.

Was there over 3 hours to disconnect one phone.. Had to leave and now I am on hold again.. Terrible Customer service.. Would not recommend.. So it gets better, these folks at Customer Service could not help me out. After close to 4 hours they were unable to disconnect the phone. So frustrating. The store told me there would be no problem., but they could not access my account. UN REAL.. VERIZON is horrible, every time I had to deal with them.

This is the worst Verizon Store we have ever done with business with. They do not train their new employees properly and do not take responsibility for the errors their employees inflict on customers regardless of the $100s it caused added on. My bill went from $100 to $370 because a worker name Juliessa gave us an incorrect quote and her manager took our trade in then put that WE were supposed to mail in our $1000 phone after they took our phone. They have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs here. I went back clearly not happy that my phone bill is now as much as my SUV car payment. They acted like I was just being a Karen, made me wait forever in the store for them to tell me sorry we cant do anything besides give you $30 off one bill for the inconvenience and oh yeah heres your phone we took and wasnt planning on turning in for you. The pregnant manager saw me for 3 seconds after wasting my time for an hour with some sales associate who was getting defensive because I told them the truth about their customer service skills. The manager said she would add my $30 discount to my new car payment phone bill that her untrained employee messed up and theres nothing else she can do, just too bad. 4 days later.. We never got the $30 added to my bill. Seriously, Verizon is the absolute worst service, their employees are inconsiderate, and untrained. Also, Ive been on hold with Verizon on the phone for 3hrs now trying to get my bill fixed since the stores workers just cant handle it. Beware, if you go here get receipts! Check your papers AND your account before leaving! Do not trust them at all!

Went in for a sim card, simple thing. It seemed like store employees were lacking in customer service experience.I had a quick interaction with one employee that approached me while I was waiting, I thought he was about to help me but quickly brushed me off.Then when another employee started to help, within seconds she walked away, when she returned I explained that a Verizon technician had advised that I needed a new sim card for my phone we had tried to activate the night before, this store representative acted like I was making up the story, it just seemed rude of her.The previous day my son had gone in for a sim card for another phone and in helping him the store representative removed me from my account manager status for no reason as each account can have 3 managers, that caused some extra steps. In summary activating 2 additional phones for a total of 5 phones on our account of of 16 years became a big headache.

WORST experience of my life! I went there to try to get help to set up my phone cause my old one is broken and they mailed me a new one… the lady refuse to help and I told her I had no internet at home and she still refused to help. I’m also told I would get money off cause I upgraded my phone and paid off the tablet but that never happened I’m still being charged for the full thing even though they gave me an open box.

Huge, Huge THANK YOU to Manny for saving the day for me. I stopped in because the night prior my SIM card stopped working. Translation: no data, no phone, no text message. I’m visiting from out of state so without data I have no GPS and am basically stranded. Despite not having an appointment, Manny helped me right away by replacing the SIM card and doing some test calls to make sure all was good. He was super friendly and made the process easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Manny, YOU ROCK!!!!

Went to the California Ave location to buy a new phone and was greeted by a morbidly obese short unattractive Hispanic with highlights in her hair with a really terrible attitude. This Hispanic was of no help and decided I’d rather be treated with respect and buy my new IPhone at AT&T. I will never do any kind of business with Verizon ever again.

Not Helpful - Embarrassingly bad Customer ServiceWe tried to switch our phones over from Sprint to Verizon. We came to the store a total of 3 times. Stood outside due to Covid and got what I would call some of the worst customer service I have seen in a while. Instead of welcoming us and trying to get us transferred over from sprint (with our own devices), they would just give us a reason to not help us and then move on to the next customer. Causing us to have to drive back there multiple times for things that could have been simply told to us the FIRST TIME. Now because of their lack of help and information, we have phones that are not being correctly activated. All simple items that we (or the general public ) would not know how to do that could have been easily done with one visit. This store might as well be closed during COVD because they are NOT helpful at all.  If youre thinking of switching to Verizon or need to find a store. I would not recommend going to this store.

Ive been a Verizon Customer for almost 20 years. I have NEVER had such bad customer service then I did today. We went in to purchase a phone and a watch, possibly 2 phones. The sales rep J trade to tell us we had to have certain plans, which absolutely wasnt true... We left with 1 phone because of frustration, called customer service and found out it was all complete garbage. We completed our purchases at Best Buy which was actually cheaper without hassle and lines of garbage from a bad service rep.In my honest opinion, I should have just started service with another provider.

Verizon has horrible customer service. I called Verizon after being a customer for years while at Costco. They kept me on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Lied to me and promised the world. I repeated everything she said multiple times. The Costco rep says she is giving you a great deal go with them. Them Verizon back pedaled and said they could not give me the deals they verbally quoted me. I switched to T Mobile could not be happier plus saved a grip of cash. Verizon you are over rated and very expensive for the same coverage T-Mobile has. The lowest I can rate is a star they are way lower than that in my books.

Its the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. I checked in sat down with my toddler and to keep her from yelling I gave her my phone to play with. I saw about 6 people come in after me in different time, they were all seen before me. I waited patiently for a hour before I got up and saw 4 employees just standing there talking with each other. While there was only 1 customer being helped at the time. Three employees went separate ways but one stood there looking at me leave then went back to looking at her phone. Im a Verizon customer for 15+ years but I wont be coming to this store ever again. So rude...

Customer service is a mixed bag here. I have my personal phone as well as manage a business account. My recent visit took about 45 minutes after getting scuttled in without question, passed up by two customers that hadnt even checked in before me, and only to be turned away by them saying what I wanted couldnt be done. Even the DMV would have turned me away at check-in instead of wasting my time. Id rather drive an hour to Visalia to talk to their other corporate store.

Spoke with Chris, who was VERY helpful. My only complaint was I was told the credit check was a soft inquiry but it popped up on my report as a hard inquiry and dropped my score a bit. I wasnt very happy about that.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!I called Verizon and asked them that if I bought a phone online, if my sister could go in a store and pick it up. We live 4.5 hours apart, and I cant ship anything to her house because people are thieves, and her work wont let her.My sister being who the phone was for, plus being an authorized user on my account, I was told it was not a problem, at all. The Verizon Rep on the phone said the store would call me and verify everything, as long as I had the answers and she had her License/ID, she could get the phone no problem. So I bought the phone online.Now, I dont what part of their jobs are so difficult in store, but the Verizon store Rep Kevin didnt bother to call me and told my sister she couldnt have the phone. Mind you the phone is already paid for. He didnt even try to help, just told her no and walked away.My sister called me almost in tears because this guy Kevin was extremely rude. I told her to hand Kevin the phone he refused. So I told her stick your hand out and give it to him. He took it.I began to tell him everything and what the Verizon rep told me, he cut me off saying I know, she already told me that. I continued and he shoved the phone in her face and walked away.Then no one in the store would talk to her, like children. I told her to find a manager, so I could try and get some help, see what my options were. Silvia the manager also walked away from her, then into the back of the store, just so she didnt have to do her job. Power trip much? So my sister left.I called Verizon back and even the rep said the store employees were NOT doing their jobs. I was on hold for a while however, it got handled and they gave sister the phone.What really sent me through the roof was, the manager at the call center, told me instead of using my card to pay, I could charge it to my account and my sister (being an authorized user) would have no problem getting the phone.Why did this make me angry, you ask? Well, all that Kevin and Silvia had to do was take 60 seconds out of their lives to tell me this. I could have just voided the card order and reordered it sending the charge to my account. HOW LAZY COULD YOU BE?Now, what was so difficult about doing their jobs in the 1st place? Its not like its rocket science, but I guess it was for them.So my sister goes back into the store, Silvia pretends to not notice her and plays with her phone, ignoring her. My sister says Excuse me, I was in here earlier and, Silvia cuts her off and says Im aware of the situation, and my employee didnt deserve to be cussed at.Uh no one cussed at him, hes trying to cover his own butt. No one was angry until after we interacted with him, and he didnt do his job. Kevin hid in the back, while Silvia helped my sister get the phone. Silvia was rude the entire time!! Mind you when Kevin left he didnt even look at my sister or try to apologize for his behavior.So to sum it up, this stores employees are rude and dont know the meaning of what customer service is so they dont know how to do their jobs. Go to a different Verizon store and save yourself the trouble, of lazy, rude people!

Another bad experience at this location. After the standard 15+ minute wait time at this location and watching an employees standing around for 10 minutes chatting with the security guard, I was approached by a JP. Tattoos, earrings, pants that were clearly 8 inches too long, and eye color changing contact lenses. He was quick to tell me he couldnt help me. I half expected that given his unprofessional appearance. I do understand there was nothing that could be done with my situation but I really need to vent about how bad Verizons in store customer service has gotten.

I went in the Verizon store to swap a phone recently. Fernando, the rep., was so clumsy, rude, and idiotic. The manager told him to help me connect to the WiFi so I could back up my contacts. He said, he can just use his data. Then, he kept calling my Note 5 a six plus that he almost ordered me the wrong phone. This was the worst experience Ive had with Verizon. I was seriously considering cancelling my service because of him. Fenando made me feel belittled and like a piece of trash. I feel like he didnt really know what he was doing and didnt care about me as a customer.If you ever go here, request Dan. Ive had two very pleasant experiences with him. He is delightful and very well-informed. Most importantly, he actually cares that you walk out of the store satisfied.

Bad customer service. Encountered a sales associate with a bad attitude who was rude. I asked to see the colors of the new iPhone and was told Ugh! Theyre all in boxes. What color do you want? I then said Id like to see the colors before purchasing. JJ replied, People just pick a color without seeing it out of the box. I said Im not going to purchase something I cant see. He shrugged his shoulders and said, Well ok, is that all I can help you with today?with an attitude of I dont give a care if you buy a thing! I brought cash to purchase a phone and he didnt care a bit he lost a sale. Horrible customer service!

You can literally ask five staff members a question and they will give you five different answers its so ridicules. You are the worst company. You locked me out of my internet bill because I changed my ip. I called they tell to visit a store and show my id. I went to the store but it is a third party store which I dont know. Then I went to the correct store and they told me my account was in collection. I paid the collection. Now my credit ruin.
