This is my second couch I bought from these guys. Best prices and best quality and best service. The people in the store help you a ton and are super knowledgeable. They even pull out the catalog and try to find exactly what you’re looking for if they don’t have it. Also same day delivery for free! The delivery guys were slick! No reason to go anywhere else.

Highly recommend! Rob kept me up to date when my couch was put on back order and delivered it the day after he received it. Delivery guys were prompt, quick, and helped setup during delivery.

I paid in full for some furniture on the 25th of March they said theyll delivery it on the 2nd of April. I thought that was kinda long. They Called the day before trying to reschedule but I told them I took off for the day they said theyll delivery it. I called the day of to see if they were professional now I see why dont charge for delivery and set-ups cause they dont keep their word. I called numerous of times on my delivery date they answered telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. Entire day wasted no delivery and no answer after they lied to me. My mom referred me here but I wont return. Very unprofessional I reallywant my money back

Really excellent shopping experience. Bought something from them online, which turned out not to be in stock. Robert was willing to work with us and find a replacement they had available right away, and gave us an excellent deal. Staff was helpful when I wanted help, gave me space when I wanted space. Plus everybody was wearing masks and observing social distance which made me feel confident shopping there. Will definitely come back here for future furniture needs.

The owner Rob is the best I ordered furniture online a few weeks ago but due to the pandemic the order was on back order and may not be available until Feb or March he advised me to come in to the store when I walked in I greeted by everyone working and he allowed me to pick some furniture that was available and it will be delivered soon his customer service is great I will most definitely be shopping again!

My daughter was moving into town from London and I was handling some of the furniture details from Florida. She needed a sofa delivered in a short period of time. I called Affordable Furniture and spoke with Elvira. She was very friendly and went out of her way to try to find a sofa that would work for the small space and sending me images via text. When she couldn’t find out if the sofa we liked was available she stated Robert, the manager, would be in the store the next day and she would give him the details. Sure enough the next day I called back and Robert was able to get the sofa delivered to us when needed. It’s so rare these days for a company to provide a great shopping and buying experience. We didnt know much about the city then, but after living here for a few years we still think theyre one of the best!The service was great and price was affordable. They happen to have a labor day weekend sale then and we got a couch. It was an impulse buy which doesnt always turn out perfect, but we loved our couch, which means they sold us something that was solid quality! (The bed we have since upgraded to a firmer option because of our personal preference).Today, we went in there thinking we might get a new couch. The female salesman who was working there was so nice and she showed us around like I requested and she didnt look bored or uninterested while we were looking. She was so patient and kept her positive energy around us, which I appreciated a ton. We made a decision to buy one of the couches there because of her. One of the other salesmen showed up to take over right when were making the decision, and helped us decide which one to buy (and he happened to be the guy who sold us couch 2 years ago!), and the owner(?) helped us with cleaning technique. The lady who cleans the stains and fixes the fabric also spoke with us for a while to answer the questions we asked. They all helped us with different things and all equally helpful. We ended up buying a nice couch that was little over our budget, but great design & quality. We wouldnt have done that anywhere else, but were happy to spend our money here knowing we like all the staff. Oh and they were doing a labor day weekend sale this time too! Lucky us! Always been my favorite furniture store.. Me and my wife have been buying with them since the 90s . Very nice selection of furniture and and always a courteous and friendly atmosphere.. Rob always go above and beyond to satisfy us, in which is greatly appreciated!

First of all: Negotiate! Dont pay sticker price. I was looking for a specific sofa and had found it at another discounted store, but the other store charged a hefty delivery fee. So I went hunting at Affordable Furniture. As soon as I described what I was looking for I had at least 3 employees searching their computer and catalogs to help me find the product number. They came down in price and matched the sticker price of the other store. At the Ashley store, the exact same sofa was almost $250 more than what I ended up paying at Affordable, not including no delivery fee and free set up! They also will remove old furniture for you! They were able to deliver it within 3 business days and came within the hour when we called to let them know we were home. The only down side is they dont have all of the furniture available to sit on in the store (although no stores in Chicago do). However, all of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend Affordable to anyone.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable and they are reasonably priced for their quality. I thought maybe it was too good to be true until I actually received my furniture delivery. Everything looks better than I anticipated and the delivery team was excellent. I would give 10 stars is that were an option. I will definitely shop there again.

These guys are great!! Super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Bought a Coffee Table that was in stock and they ordered an end table and made it available to our schedule and even lent me a two wheel dolly (no questions asked) to roll it a few blocks to where we were parked for the weekend. Unfortunately the end table was damaged in shipping (still boxed when we got it) and they took care of things without issue and ordered another. Great place and great prices! Did I mention they were very helpful and friendly!? (its worth mentioning again!)

We had a great experience in buying beds for our 2 bedrooms. As the name suggests, furniture is priced affordable and great service. We also ordered box spring for 2 full beds and original size delivered was fitting few inches above the side rails and Robert exchanged those with boxes which will fit right below the rails (exactly what we wanted).I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for new furniture.

I furnished my entire apartment at this place and it was such a great experience. They helped me pick out each piece and offered advice about what would work. I got to try out all the chairs and couches I was interested in before buying. FREE DELIVERY, and they were so personal and helpful about it. Some of the pieces I got were floor pieces and they delivered those the same day! Ive now had everything for about 7 months and it still looks great, so the quality has held up, especially considering the price I paid. I really cant recommend them enough!

Terrible place came in looking to buy some furniture for my family, first of all I almost got ran over by their employees who were moving stuff in the middle of me talking about a certain couch I was interested in. Second of all the manager there had a very poor attitude. I was asking the lady helping me questions about their delivery just to gather information, when she asks the manager (Big guy at the front desk) a delivery question he responds rudely I thought he didnt need delivery he just told me that I responded with I dont need delivery I was just asking a question no need for the extra attitude. Up to that point I lost all interest even though I liked a lot of their furniture and was interested in buying. I ended up walking out empty handed because of that guy and will never return or recommend anyone to this place. The lady helping me was very nice I must say I would have been ok if it was her helping me the whole time, she apologized to me about everything.

It’s was fast and easy! I knew what I wanted and I got my sofa ordered and delivered on time. I had a problem bring it in the stairs but the movers gave an idea to lift it from 1st to 2nd floor and take it the stairs to the 3rd floor. It was either that or exchange for something smaller! I called some friends and got it done!

Amazing experience! I must’ve shopped around at 20 different furniture stores throughtout Chicagoland and Affordable furniture was who I decided on. They have excellent customer service the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful. I ordered a couch on Tuesday of last week and they were able to deliver on that Friday for no extra-charge. I had also ordered a matching chair which after receipt of the couch (which is perfect) I realized the chair wouldn’t fit well in the space. The chair was supposed to be delivered today but I called in spoke with the supervisor and he issued a full refund. I highly recommend Affordable Furniture to all in Chicagoland looking for quality furniture for reasonable prices!

Purchased a queen mattress set for $250 including their free delivery. Mattress was too firm, explained my concern, told me to come in and get a refund or pick out new bed. Choose the ladder with a small upcharge to a sealy pillowtop. Delivered and packed new one in Van within minutes. Everyone was very flexible and I greatly appreciate them taking the time to accommodate me (and my needy needs!). Thanks team.
