They are a family owned business. They are super friendly and honest. Ive taken a few of my cars there and each time they have done a great job. The pricing is great and they do not try to get more out of you.

I had a great experience with this place when I needed both my cars serviced in December. However, due to covid-19 (I assume) I am unable to reach them right now. I call and try to leave a message and the mailbox is full. I took my 2000 Cadillac Seville in and my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. No issues until yesterday. My cadillac is having the exact issue it was when I brought it in back in December. I have warranty on parts and I would like to use you all! Please get back to me so I dont need to go elsewhere...

Great place! Family like atmosphere. This establishment helped me save alot allot of money when a car I was going to purchase was inspected and they caught the Cats being tampered with. I have been going here for a few years now and wouldnt let anyone else work on my car. Very honest and downright good people at Universal automotive.

This shop is a go to the owner and his son are very honest, knowledgable, and helpful. Its a family ran business so I took my vehicle here for a check engine light. Their prices are very reasonable paid $95 for a diagnostic and their labor fee per hour is the same $95. That is less than any other repair shop. They are also open on Sat thats when they took care of my problem and had my truck running by the end of the day. Also they do smog checks for $25 thats the best in town it is usually near $60 anywhere else. I would recommend this place looking to have car repairs done by an honest and up front company.ThanksJeff M

Just called right now trying to get some info and that lady that answered was so rude. Idk if shes just in a bad mood today or whatever but if you guys have her representing your business Im not even going to consider you guys. She literally just hung up on me at the end when I told her thank you.

I was in an out in 30 minutes for a smog check I believe it’s the cheapest in town I only paid $33.25 out the door staff was friendly have no complaints whatsoever I would totally recommend

They stole my mothers money, stay away at all cost. Did repairs that where not approved.

Got my car smogged for only $30.00. That included the certificate.
