Hello I’m new at bow hunting and decided after talking to a few people to go ahead and give the Archery Shop a go. I bought a bow off of a friend and brought it down To have it looked at I was pleased to find out that my friend really hooked me up 👍 they were very knowledgeable. after replacing the string and having it tuned up and sized they gave me a small course on how to properly use it they were patient and very educated on how to properly stand and use the weapon and helped until I got it right thanks guys 🏹

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of archery. I’m returning to archery after a long absence and the tips I received from the staff on how to and where to have made all the difference in my archery adventures. The prices are reasonable considering how much time the staff spend with you while choosing your bow.

Tried to walk in a make a purchase two days in a row, a Thursday and a Friday around 11 am and 1:30pm. Closed both times. Called the phone number posted…no answer. Not sure what’s up.

You dont see customer service like this at too many places. I spent over 2 hours shooting several different types of bows and never felt like I was being talked down to or rushed. All questions were answered and discussed in detail.Im just now getting into bow hunting at almost 40 years old and I left this place with a better understanding of what I want to buy. I did not buy anything and did not feel pressured to make a decision. Tex told me to come back, shoot some more and make sure I new what I wanted before making the purchase.The Archery Shop on Chester has a life long customer in me!

My Son-In-Law and I went to the Archery Shop. Tex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tex went over all the equipment with us in great detail. His professional demeanor was impressive. I know Im in good hands at the Archery Shop. I would recommend the Archery Shop to anyone who uses a Bow for sport or hunting.

Great place and helpful people. He did try to convince me my bow was bent but I understand it from business perspective but when I purchased some things he treated me very well. If your planning on getting a new setup I strongly suggest going here

Awesome place and awesome service. I went in about a mounth ago for my first bow and the tech spent all the time needed with me to help me pick out a bow and set it up totally to fit me as well as show me how to shoot. I will be doing all my business there. Going in tomorrow for some upgrades.

They were so great with my 5 yr old daughter. Got her fitted up and let her practice for as long as she wanted. They provided me extensive educaton on how to help her develop her skills, care for her bow, and choose arrows. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thank you guys!

Ill never step foot in this place again. Ive been there twice. The first time, I brought in my bow (purchased elsewhere) just to use their range and once the owner realized that I hadnt purchased it from him, he made his opinion that my bow was a piece of crap clearly known. Nevermind the fact that he sells the exact same bow in his shop. The second time, I brought in my two sons who had gotten bows for Christmas. Again, he makes it clear that he thinks their bows are pieces of crap as they are standing there holding them. Thanks for ruining my kids excitement, Scrooge.
