Went to maverick to get gas with my kids and my attendant failed to mention that if Im not at the pump when I pay said gas is free to whomever pulls up aty expense. Thanks Maverick, as a mom I can totally afford to pay for a strangers gas with no warning. Lost my business for sure. Too bad considering Im there daily.

I usually like maverick but the pumps where dirty and this location didn’t have the cinnamon buns.

Went to Maverik to cash in lottery tickets and get ice. Never been there before. Walked in. Some guy was cleaning the floor. He did not acknowledge me in any way. I go up to the counter, waiting, expecting this floor cleaner guy to stop cleaning the floor and actually see if I needed any assistance, but no that did not happen. He continued to clean the floors. Oh! Until another person walked in, who he exchanged no words with but assisted him at the register. Still no acknowledgment of me. I suddenly see a screen at the register for self check out. Good thing I have a debit/credit card, otherwise I would of had to leave and go somewhere else to get actual custome service. Anyway, I paid for the ice I needed, with the debit card I am lucky to have and left I will never go to any Maverik place again. Poorest customer service ever. Pathetic actually. Thanks for showing how much you actually care for your customers.

We always stop here when traveling cross country. Clean facility.

Stopped for fuel. Pump would not take credit cardWent inside. Had $75.00 diesel fuel. When check credit card online, was fraudulently charged $125.00

Customer service is awful. Michelle Wilson the store director lets her employees do what ever when ever. In the last 2 years there has been maybe 1 or 2 good people that worked here. I assume they just worked them to death cause I never see them anymore. One was very large kid and the other was a perky energetic girl in her early 30s.They arent there anymore, but it makes since when you walk into the store 4 random times at varying time periods and its always the really fat kid.

Blonde female clerk was very rude.

The ops manager is doing a really good job at this location.

Horrible customer service. We were one of four cars waiting for gas at the pumps and there was no employee around so we went inside to ask for help. There was one male clerk inside... not one time did he asked if we needed help. We were never acknowledged. As we left to go back to the car there was a female attendant who appeared to be the cashier from inside the store, out there leaned up next to a car talking to some other girl. Not once did she acknowledge us. So we decided to go down the road to shell to fill up. By the way the young male at Shell was very helpful and polite. We will not be doing business with the Baker City, OR Maverick in the future!

When I go into a gas station I am looking for a smooth transaction, typically wanna grab some smokes and beer and leave. Dont wanna be reminded about difficult issues Im dealing with that have nothing to with Maveriks.

One spot shop. Friendly staff, clean environment. A little pricey. Most the time you have to wait for service.

I bought Milk here on 9/10/16. I just got back in town and was tired so didnt check the date. When I got home oh boy did I get a surprise. So nasty the EXP date on the carton was Aug 19th I dont even what to know what year.

24 hrs. 7 Days week are the times.
