Poor customer service is a fixable problem. I was quite disappointed that I waited for 20 minutes to be told no. Staff is friendly enough, but a smiling face isnt customer service. There are other places to go and Im going there.Inexcusable.

One thing about Napa is that they have a large volume of cross-reference manuals sitting right next to each parts kiosk. When these guys are in doubt theyll go and grab a book and some through the information until they are sure theyre giving you exactly what you need.

Had the parts I needed

I just stood in front of the counter for at least a few minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence, let alone asking if they could help me... Then I left and went to Carquest instead.
