Went in to get a new phone for service here in Bainbridge as I just moved here, had the pleasure of working with Sophia, on her last day. She will be missed. We had a great time and a very memorable phone call, just an all-around good group of energy and ladies. Customer service was amazing. Cant wait tilmi have an issue and get to go back!! Lol.

First time going into the store. First time buying a smartphone. Maribel, one of the associates, was very helpful, upfront, pleasant and knowledgeable. Store was very busy at the time, but she juggled it all easily. Shes a gem!

I been a user of other local services at prior points and Cricket picks up the best and even picks up in places like Lake Seminole that Verizon or Straight-Talk wouldn’t and the people at this particular retailer have always been nice and friendly. Highly recommended

I am currently standing outside this Cricket location trying to get inside to buy a new phone. The sign on the door says it opens at 10am...it is 11am and i have been standing here for 20 minutes. There are two young ladys that work here inside...just waisting tome playing on phones. Neither have spoken to me. One of them has left their keys in the door and i could unlock the door and walk inside, or steal her car...but i instead will just sit here patiently and wait.

Friendly staff. They attended me while helping another customer. Got out in a timely manner. Great place.

I recently switched to this phone carrier and I am very pleased with the results and the service that I get from them.i would recommend them to anyone who is interested in finding another carrier to switch to.

I always take a 30 minute drive from Cairo to Bainbridge Cricket store since Cairos customer service is terrible. Everytime I go into Cairos location they never want to check how much my bill is, unlike when I go into Bainbridge Cricket, they can let me know with no problem. I always go to Bainbridge now if I ever need anything like an upgrade or adding a line to my account. Ana the manager is always helping me when I come in.
