I took my car to get an oil change, as I had previously done at Riverbend Ford. This time, they left the oil cap off. Contacted Riverbend and they couldve cared less about the matter. Had oil all over the motor, inside the hood and even on the outside grill guard. To even drive the car to Riverbend, I had to purchase additional oil to put into the car myself and the Service Manager has had no sympathy in the matter what so ever. Stated I could just use the oil for later, when I shouldve never even had to purchase the oil. Thankfully they arent having to replace a motor, but havent even offered to reimburse me for the oil that I had to purchase.When asked how they were going to correct the problem, he stated that he would just do an oil change and rotate my tires so I would be happy when they had JUST rotated the tires 10 days ago at the prior oil change.Needless to say, a local business that I tried supporting, will no longer receive my business. I will be speaking with the General Manager on Monday since I keep being told hes out the office.

Went in for second service on my 2020 Edge, had an appointment at 9:00 am, which I arrived early for, by 10:30 they still werent finished with my vehicle. An oil change should not take over 2 hours, I missed other appointments and had to take a half day off of work instead of an hour or so round trip. Will not return I can go to any Ford dealer for service

So, I just arrived home after being at Riverbend. I purchased a 2015 Tahoe that I am in love with! The car wasn’t the best part of the experience though! I was told to ask for Mr. Bill (who is awesome, and I hardly even talked to him, but I could tell). He was with a client so Josh Daniels took over. Let me tell you how awesome this man is- he is professional, but so down to earth! Me and my husband talked to him to kill time and he tried what he could to make sure my payment were what I wanted, not just what the bank offered! They were amazing, the whole crew! I had inquired about a vehicle over two months ago. At 1st they said that the vehicle was sent out for repairs but would let me know when it was back and ready for a test drive. After about a month I saw the vehicle via Car guri that it was sold.Yesterday a sales associate named Bill called me to let me know that the car was back from Dothan and I should come to see. We measured the ground clearance on both repeatedly as I manage a tree farm and have to travel some bogs and deep ruts. It took three days for me to weigh my decision, but Josh was patient.
