I really hate writing reviews but I feel this location deserves credit. 2 last minute trips here in 2 days plus an online order. Plus smoothies. Day 1 went great, I ordered on site and they had my order ready in 20 min (just in time for me to run down the block and buy the other half of my gift). My online order went just as smooth (different location). Unfortunately on day 2 around 1pm they ran out of bananas for my order. I work in customer service so I know that unfortunately unforeseen issues happen that are out of your control. Delivery doesnt show up, demand suddenly increases etc. However, its all in how you handle it. That said I think this location did a phenomenal job. Apparently the manager had already ran out to the store to get more bananas. The counter person apologized, asked if I wanted to wait or choose a different smoothie. I decided to wait. Ran next door to grab something. Came back the manager still wasnt back yet. The counter person offered me a free sample (chocolate for the win) who is going to say no to that or be upset, cmon. About 5 minutes later the manager returned, apologized and immediately started my order. A few minutes later my order was complete and for the wait they added extra fruit to my box, apologized again and thanked me for waiting.I know this may seem silly since its fruit, albeit a gift, but its all in how you handle your customers and how you treat the help and trying to resolve an issue. Thank you for going above. I was able to bring the fruit back to my employees to recognize them for their hard work and they thoroughly enjoyed it!

This place never disappoints!! The fruit arrangements and platters always look beautiful, fresh, and super yummy! Literally obsessed with the chocolate covered fruit (can’t get enough of it!!) Edible arrangements as a whole has brought in so many new delicious desserts I can’t wait to see what else comes along. Cheesecakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies... just sooo delicious. The staff is also amazing! They try their best to provide excellent service and in my opinion, they get the job done. Keep up the good work (:

Went to the store in Babylon and had a great time! I was short on time and needed something quick, the associate was super helpful on what I should get that was already freshly made. She let me have a taste of what I was thinking of getting and Im glad she did because just YUM!!!! Highly recommend going to them!!!

The driver, manager and the entire staff respond right away and are always so helpful. There was a miscommunication (no ones fault, happens) and the manager went above and beyond to fix it right the next day. The driver was amazing and kept me informed at all times. Thank you so much!

Thank youWorst location I’ve ever worked with IN my whole life.I’ve ordered from Edible arrangements plenty of times before, and I’ve never had a problem.I placed an order 4 DAYS in advance with Babylon.My order was being sent to a business.At 4:00pm today; I checked my delivery status and it was still in route. I got worried and called the location and a girl answered.She was pretty short with me and then assured me that my order would be the drivers very NEXT delivery.Well now it is 6:00pm, my friends business is closed and no delivery was made.Edible arrangements is also closed so I cannot even call.Business orders should most definitely be dropped off before 5:00pm.Surprise ruined.... Super unprofessional and dissatisfied.What happens now????....

We stopped in edible arrangements in Babylon today. My kid wanted to try some of the chocolate covered fruit but I didn’t want to buy a whole arrangement. The owner was so nice, he went in the back and grabbed a chocolate covered strawberry and a chocolate covered pineapple. He didn’t charge us either! The fruit was fresh and delicious! We will definitely order our arrangements from there!

Ordered an edible arrangement on 4/18 to be delivered for my parents anniversary on 4/19 after 5pm so my parents can receive it and enjoy it together. At 6:26pm, I got an email saying to was delivered. At 9pm I asked my parents how it was and they said they never got it. I called the store this morning to see what happened and they said they would call me back to let me know what happened. Delivery man went to “address” and the people there said nobody by that name lives there. Instead of calling the contact #, they marked it as delivered and never contacted me. I told them to cancel the order because my parents are both at work today. Received no reply after hours and they decided to deliver the arrangement to an empty house. Ok.

Great place to shop fruit was delicious!! So fresh and sweet, and the cheese cake is the best I’ve ever had

I was walking down Main Street and decided to step in and I’m so glad I did. I got a delicious smoothly with fresh fruit that was cut up on the spot, and the man was so nice, I will definitely be back!

I wish I had believed the negative reviews prior to using this service!!! I tend to try things for myself. Well, just as others reported, I ordered on a Friday for a Monday delivery and my family NEVER received their items! I called, and got a message they were closed. I called the following day, was on hold for at least 13 minutes and was told it was attempted to be delivered! LIES!!!. Thereupon were home all day. I asked for reimbursement and was told that they would need to cancel delivery for today!!! How if they had just said it was on its way!!! I am disgusted by their lack of professionalism and punctuality!DO NOT USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEN EITHER!!!

We placed an order at this location to be delivered for a friends funeral,the funeral is long over and still no delivery, tried calling message says the store is closed ,will never use edible arrangements again , there is a lot of companies locally that offer the same service,you live and learn ,never again

My son ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Jan 22.- no delivery-we called Jan 23- no delivery- found a note on the door -claims to have been there at for 10am- no none ever knocked or rang the doorbell-called, was told it would be delivered by 5;30 no delivery- store closed. i hope the refund my son his money. Finally came at 5;40- claims to have knocked on the door at 10 am. I was in they front porch room- I would have heard someone knock. hey can not tell the truth- bad business

If I could give them zero star I would. Please please please do not order from this place, save yourself the trouble. I ordered on May 21st at 2pm and ask for it to be delivered May 21 (next day) before 1pm and the lady on the phone said it will definitely be delivered before 1pm. Now it’s 3pm going on 4pm. The person I wanted it to be delivered to already left the house it’s her birthday and I wanted to surprise her, now I have to head to her house and wait on the delivery myself because no ones home. If I knew I was going to go through so much headache I would order from some place else. Please take my advice and listen to the reviews.

Absolutely the best service. They always out do themselves with their customer service and making sure the customer receives what they ask for. Ive ordered from here already 3 times and I can assure you their fruits are the most fresh and sweet.

Very disappointed in this location. I purchased an arrangement two weeks prior to the day. Not only was the delivery an hour an half late but the kid that answered the phone was of absolutely no help. When I called asking where the 11am delivery was at 11:30 his response was the 10:30 driver hasnt arrived yet. I said to him thank you for being completely irresponsible to not think to call your first delivery and tell me the driver hadnt arrived at work. Had to keep delaying the person to stay home for the delivery. Would not recommended this location ..
