Village Cigar was able to accommodate a very late request to attend a dinner party at my bosses home, saved my...They arrived on time, set-up in minutes, did not ask me for ANYTHING, professional and knowledgeable.Lastly, they extended their time because I insisted on a start time which should have been an hour later...at no additional cost. Village cigar headquarters provided hand rolled cigars for our wedding. My husband had only one request and that was a cigar bar. When we first contacted Daniel he was friendly, explained the package options and gave us a great price, we booked the same day! Walked in here right before a Christmas party with my sister. My sister at first was intimidated by the guys hangin and smoking but immediately one of the men walked over and helped us out. Daniel was absolutely one of the most accommodating people I’ve ever met. We met at a bridal showcase at the Sand Castle in Franklin Square. He was instantly so responsive and accommodating to literally every single question and concern I had. My fiancé and I went to meet him a few days later, We left a deposit signed and that was it. He responded to every email and assured me a million times over that everything was going to be exactly what we wanted, and he was right. Our guests absolutely loved every second of this and so did we!!!! Thank you a million times over for your service and for being so genuine and so beyond easy to work with. You guys were AMAZING!!!!! Can’t wait for our next event to have you guys again.

Awesome experience working with these guys. We decided on getting a cigar table for our wedding pretty late (about 1-2 weeks before event). They got us all the information we needed quickly and fit us into their schedule. The cigars were a hit at the wedding- we had people out there all night even though it was a little chilly. Both the service and the product were top notch. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

My wife and I had a cigar bar set up for our wedding. Danny was very professional and easy to work with. They set up a nice table outside to do the live cigar rolling. The cigars were great and it was a really big hit for all of our guests. I would certainly recommend them for anyone interested in having a cigar bar and I will definitely be buying more cigars from them in the future.

Just have to state that I’ve been to several cigar shops and this one by far is the nicest and cleanest I have seen! Very laid back atmosphere! Wide variety selection, and very knowledgeable staff. The first time I stepped in to Village Cigar Headquarters I knew I had found a great place. I was greeted immediately by the owner Daniel. Not only was he extremely welcoming and a gentleman, but he knew his stuff. After speaking for a period of time about cigars I had smoked in the past and liked, he recommended a few different ones to try. What can I say he nailed every one. Great atmosphere, good people, and very classy.

This is my absolute favorite and only smoke shop I will go to. I drive from East Islip to come here. The staff is always fantastic especially Danny who will always stop to help you pick just the right smoke. He introduced me the house blend which I have to say is not only packed with flavor but just as important they are always consistent. Nothing is more frustrating than spending money on your everyday smoke and finding half need to be thrown out or dont taste like the others. There is absolutely no worry when you buy this house blend the flavor is on point, the burn is clean and even throughout the smoke and the price cannot be beat for the superior quality you get in these smokes. The selection of other cigars is also vast for any flavor that your looking for. The smoking lounge upstairs is always a great place to hang out watch some TV relax and enjoy some quality smoke time. He took care of everything and kept in great contact as the event got closer. The day of our wedding, Danny and VCH delivered!! A professional and great looking table and display were set up. Our guests were more than excited to get there cigars and we have received tons of great feedback. The quality of the cigars Danny brings to an event are unmatched. Village cigar just recently was part of my wedding this weekend. We couldn’t be happier with them from start to finish, all of the guests were raving and we got the cutest keepsake box with the very few left over cigars! Highly recommend them for any event!
Excellent. Houses a number of very comfortable chairs and a couple TVs to watch games. Ive only been there when it was empty so it wasnt an issue, but the chairs are distanced quite far apart from each other across the isle so I can see it being difficult to hold a conversation with a friend on a busy night.
I bought some cigars from Vialle during beerfest, but I didnt get a chance to smoke them. I put them in my humidor, still sealed in the baggie. This was several months ago and Ive been waiting for a nice day to smoke one. When I checked on them today, there were holes and a bunch of dead cigar beetles. Fortunately, I left the baggie closed, so none of them escaped. Otherwise the rest of my cigars would have been wasted as well. Really disappointed.

The lounge upstairs is second to none. Cigar selection is always on point with some very nice Liga Privadas that I have not seen anywhere else. Danny, the owner, is very friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of his way to accommodate every guest. The same can be said of the rest of the staff including the new guy Roy who brings enthusiasm to every visit.
One of the best places in Long Island, great selection of cigars, friendly people and great customer service. I realize these people don’t sell product, they sell service. You are greeted by the owner Danny as soonest you walk in to the shop and he does make you feel as home. Specially with the owsome cigar launge upstairs. I highly recommended.

Visited the store on a thursday night around,7 pm. Place was empty,came in and the sale representative was siting on the couch watching tv,got up and said good evening. I told him I knew NOTHING about cigars. He really had no personality and felt like he didnt want to help. I asked a few questions and he just gave me short answers. I would of spent a lot more time and money if he was engaging with me(about $90 later i left). I visited another place right after this one,big difference,the sales person at the other places said: Do you know : what style he smokes?parejo,torpedo,perfecto,Etc. He smokes flavors? like Cardamom,clove,anise.How often he/she smokes?. Here let me show the different types,prices,styles,flavors,price points and most popular.($285) later,i walked out of there,regretting going to the Village Cigar Headquarters in the first place.
