Absolutely fantastic service. I actually laid down two deposits for two CSC TT250 ($1000) and bought parts in anticipation of the bikes finally arriving.Plans changed and was not able to buy the bikes nor keep the parts. A quick chat with Sara and my deposits were promptly refunded and upon receipt of my returned parts, Sara also ensured that refund was also promptly applied.Again a fantastic and understanding company - this will continue to set them apart! Ill continue to recommend this outstanding company

Nice people. If you tell them what you want they will do their best to do that. That is the purpose of customer service. I got my 2021 RX4 delivered next day after purchase. They are honest, hassle-free and very attentive. Highly recommend their services. This was second bike ever purchasing in full.

Rude Staff, I made a phone call earlier to find out if a particular motorcycle is in stock, he says soon. I asked, how soon? He retorted back aggressively, LIKE I JUST SAID, SOON. Without giving me a range for how many days it might take to have it in stock when on the website, it clearly says it is in stock, when it isnt in stock (quite deceiving). Very unprofessional and poor communication skills towards customers. Dont do business with them.

I purchased a Vista Cruiser from them earlier this week but couldnt wait until the bike got here to sing their praises. They took the time to respond to everyone of my email questions I had about the bike. They even took it upon themselves to send me pictures of the bike to see aspects of it I couldnt make out on the website.I hope I dont run into any issues that require customer service but know that Im covered if I do.Cheers from your newest customer in MN!

I have waited to post until i have a couple hundred miles on my ft750xp. i bought two for riding in the snow during montana long winters. i was looking for less expensive alternative to the big name brand bikes that cost at least 3 times more. this is a perfect fit for my application. i ride it on dirt logging roads and some quad trails. i am still amazed at the distance i can go now and there is still plenty of battery life after a 4 hour ride. i get stopped and complimented on how good they look and i find myself gushing a bit. i have passed on the csc site on muliple ocsasions now. thanks for helping make me enjoy biking more

Customer service here is great! Me and my two friends purchased Ebikes and they are so much fun. Have over 700 miles on them since March. Everyone here is so friendly, I needed some warranty parts they had them in stock and shipped them out the same day me and my friends couldnt be any happier with these bike definitely worth the money!

My experience with CSC so far has been awesome. Not only can you order an entire motorcycle online and have it shipped to your apartment in less than a week, but you’ll get the backing of a 1 year warranty and all the guides necessary to maintain everything on the bike in plain English. I bought an SG250 from them and put about a hundred miles on it so far and it’s just so awesome. I’m pretty stoked on the purchase and am glad I’ll be going to CSC for any necessary parts and support in the future. Really cool company with a great business model that stands behind their product.

It appears that they ignore anything inconvenient, which seems to be anything not relating to a sale. Be warned, you get what you pay for.Update 1: No, no no no, you dont get to pretend that youre misunderstood paragons who care. Respond to any email that isnt deliberately ignoring every part unrelated to selling something and then well reconsider our take on your botched version of morality.Though in case your memory is conveniently fuzzy, Im the one who purchased the RX4 from you (under this same unmistakable name) that was delivered in September. Still waiting for a competent manual that isnt literally just 13 pages with only two of them not being a random useless picture of the bike or other irrelevant filler. Your incomplete and often link-broken online service guide is also extremely lacking, as I have noted multiple (ignored) times now.Never got an answer regarding my other service questions. I got one curt reply to tell me your swingarm stand was backordered through next year and if I wanted to cancel that part of that order (of course with zero followup after).

Bought a 2020 TT250 -Five stars for Customer serviceTwo stars for the MotorcycleThey were friendly and helpful when I had electrical issues with the bike when it arrived. Bike arrived when expected.Two stars for the motorcycle itself - It had a defective battery and loose wiring. They sent a replacement battery and walked me through how to fix the wiring. Even after the new battery was installed (which was much smaller than the one that came with the bike), I still had a lot of trouble getting it started. I decided to sell it. The guy who bought from me was much more knowledgeable about motorcycles than me, but even he had trouble getting it started. It also started smoking when we finally got it going and would stall very easily. Definitely not a beginner friendly motorcycle.

CSC is the place to purchase a bike from. We ordered two Enduro bikes online and we live on the exact opposite side of the country. They are legitimate and they actually care about their customers and their merchandise.Before ordering from here, we tried to order bikes from TXPOWERSPORTS in Georgia. ⚠️DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.⚠️ They took our money, even while I was on the phone with them confirming our order. A day or two later, they informed us that they didn’t have the bikes that we ordered and kept trying to sell us other things we didn’t want, despite us telling them that we just wanted our money back. Long story short, after a battle, they finally put our 5 grand back in our bank.Back to CSC- really, the only reason we didn’t order from them in the first place was because they are on the opposite side of the country. HOWEVER, we are so happy and so satisfied that we did. We ended up with better bikes, (both fully assembled and tested upon arrival), and they actually have common sense and an excellent work ethic. Sadly, that’s hard to find nowadays. We placed our bike orders one day apart and separately because we wanted to make sure there was no confusion on who each bike should be registered to.After receiving my email of order confirmation from Sara, I emailed back to make sure they saw both bikes were coming to the same address. All it took was one email. The bikes were shipped and delivered to us at the same time. Also, our titles & documents came the day before, together, in perfectly professional envelopes. I was so surprised and impressed. Most importantly, happy.As it turns out, I’m too short for my bike, but if you have ANY questions or concerns, they respond to emails quickly and efficiently. They are patient and professional and DO NOT LACK common sense. It’s truly refreshing.I’m, WE, are proud to say that we are extremely proud to be customers of CSC. I’m still blown away at how great they are. It’s worth every penny to buy from them.So, to all of you at CSC, thank you for not lacking in anything and taking pride in your company.We greatly appreciate you.

I’ve had numerous interactions with CSC throughout the years since I bought one of the first TT250’s made. Countless times they have guided me with maintenance questions, repair recommendations or pointed me in the direction of aftermarket parts Suppliers. Until this point, I’ve never had a bad experience. But this one put a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered about $200 worth of misc. parts on a Sunday night and paid priority shipping(advertised as 2 day) because I had a dual sport event on the coming Saturday. I received no update as of Tuesday afternoon so I called the shop, they “misplaced” my package so it was never picked up. They then assured me it would arrive Saturday morning. It never came until the following Tuesday. Now I’ve been in contact 3 different times with “customer service” about a refund on shipping charges, since free shipping was an option and would’ve arrived on or before the same date. I’ve left 3 messages for a call back, NO CALL BACK! Now I finally get in contact with the CS rep Sara after over a week since I first spoke to her, and she has no answers or progress, Only told me that I need make a complaint with USPS?! EVERYTIME I try and speak to Sara, she refuses to listen, attempts to talk over me, and develops an attitude and becomes annoyed within a couple seconds. I’ve worked in customer service for 12 years and this is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I love the company and everything else you’ve done for me, and I recommend your bikes to ANYONE who is in the market. I would also like to point out, I’ve never left a review for anything. And I feel low about leaving this one, but unfortunately I fee as though this is the ONLY way my complaint will fall into the right management ears. Other than the issue stated above, CSC is a great company, that are supplying GREAT bikes! Thank you for taking the time to read this & I look forward to clearing the air between us! Ride Safe!

I had an sg 250 delivered. This little bike is a barrel of monkeys! Ive gone 800 miles in a few weeks. I work at a hotel and we get full dress Harleys all the time. I love to zip through them on my little 250. Hahahaha!! Ground clearance is excellent. I can lean in corners no problem.

Buddy of mine and I bought two RX3s from these folks. Very helpful and informative over the phone. A few days after we purchased the bikes we noticed they were having a sale. A few days later we both got an email saying they were crediting the difference for the new sale price back to both of us. This was a class act and shows how great these folks are because we never mentioned it nor asked. The bikes seem like quality machines and a lot of bang for the buck. Five stars for the company and their business model. Will review the product after we get a few more miles on them, but we are both happy so far...

I bought an RX3 3 years ago, my 15th bike, it’s one of my favorites. It has never had any mechanical problems, kept up with much bigger bikes at adventure rallies. Straight forward dealer, no surprises. I ride it 2-3 times a week

I took My Ducati down to CFC for a 20,000 mile tuneup. We all know how expensive that could be but Jerry and his team was able to complete the job a couple hundred dollars less than what I’m used to paying at other high-end shops. At first I was skeptical but after riding my bike it’s like she’s a brand new machine.I will be bringing my bikes there from now on great work guys

Was told my batch coming sea freight from China w expected delivery in Sep, mid Oct latest. Got update that they cleared customs in late Oct and that I can expect delivery any day now. Almost Dec and starting to lose faith..
